I came through drive thru this morning ( 12/30/2025), Ms. Moe greated me and she blew me away. She was so pleasant, sweet, & compassionate. Literally made my day! & indeed inform her of that! It’s hard to find character in fast food settings!

We stopped passing through. My cheeseburger was supposed to be a double, but it was just ok so I ate it. The chicken tenders were pretty good. People were friendly in with decent service.

I went to the Milford Delaware Hardee's Drive-Thru. The The young girls microphone was very low and I told her I couldn't hear her. Then a male voice comes through and abruptly yells at me and says she's asking you what you want. In a very nasty tone I told him you don't have to sound like that. The mic is very low. You can't hear.. I told him what I wanted which was the bag deal and Natalie says what kind. I said. I didn't know there was more than one kind. What kind? He says again. By this time I pulled off. He was very nasty, very rude. Tried to call to the restaurant six times and no one answers the phone. I then called the one in Harrington so I could get the name of the manager which that information they didn't have available. The date was November 21st at approximately 445 p.m. someone needs to talk to that rude individual. So I am being descriptive. He doesn't need to work there if he does not like his job because the rudeness is unacceptable. I Will not go there anytime soon. I would hate to have to use profanity on that little boy.

First timer here. I travel a lot in different states and I decided to stop in and grab some lunch. I was greeted politely as the employee patiently wanted me to order. I stated it was my first time and I was scanning the menu. He said take your time! I ordered a medium sized #4 which was a monster burger without mayo. I also ordered 3 piece tender because I wanted to try them. I was then told the food would be taken to our table. When I received my order the burger definitely had mayo, I simply told them the mistake and it was fixed immediately. When my order was taken to my table the first time I had a good amount of fries and when I received the correct order I received less fries then before. But no worries I begin to eat my burger. The burger was extremely greasy, the bread was so filled of grease it was breaking entirely. I still ate the sandwich, now when I went to eat the fries they was over salty and not enjoyable at all. For dessert I ordered a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon roll was cold and undercooked at this point I didn’t wanna come back with another complaint. The restaurant was clean, tables was also clean. I have no complaints about the employees here. Would I eat here again or even at another Hardee’s I don’t think I would. One last thing. These panhandlers are all over there parking lot standing by the business I think that should be situated.

First timer at Hardee’s and now officially a Hardee Boy 🤘🏼the famous burgers were great, double burger as welll. Fries were fresh hot and crunchy. Well seasoned. Spicy chicken was also fresh hot and crunchy. The man in the window was very polite a friendly. Only qualm was they gave me a cherry coke instead of 2 regulars

Had a wonderful experience in the drive-thru at this Hardee’s! When I came to the window, I was trying to quickly create an account on their app so that I could get a discount. I felt bad because the lady working the window, named Jamyia, was now ready and waiting for me. I was gonna just give up and hand her the payment rather than make her wait, but as I had nobody behind me, she told me that it was no rush and even helped me set up the app. Furthermore, she even helped me navigate to the best coupon for this specific visit. She was pleasant, patient, and the best level of professional. Beyond that, she got my order right and in a timely fashion, and the food was delicious. Wonderful experience, and I wish I encountered more people like Jamyia!

Little Shop of Horrors Production Team

We stopped in before we were leaving for my son’s Wedding. On September 4,2025. I ordered our meal. Then pulled around. Got it. Once I looked inside I realized we didn’t have the chicken wrap we ordered. It was with the $5 meal that had a choice of 2 sandwich’s a fry and drink. My daughter got the spicy chicken and the wrap but it wasn’t there. So, I pulled around and went inside and the older woman asked if she could help. I told her I was just in drive thru and we didn’t get the wrap. She said “ok, I’ll get it taken care of “ but the shift lead, a younger woman, rudely said “it was in the bag. “ I said it wasn’t and she said “well it’s not in here so it was in the bag. I put it in there. “ incredibly rude and prideful. I told her it was NOT be in there and she continued to imply that I was lying. For a Chicken wrap? Like $1.29?! Why would I lie? So I said “Are you implying that I’m lying? Do you want to come to my car and see?” And she said yes!! So, I walk out to my car, where my wife and daughter are. It’s embarrassing and I’m frustrated at this point. She looks through the bags, she looks in my back seat where my daughter is. Over a $1.29 wrap. That I paid for. She never apologized. Continued to fight with me and then tried to gaslight me into thinking that I stole this and she never said I was lying. I’ve never been more upset and embarrassed. I would never steal and if I was trying to get a free food item, it would have been the $9 sandwich I ordered not the cheap wrap. There needs to be some coaching for this “shift lead”. She didn’t represent yall well at all and I will never come back. I work for a local radio station, and haven’t said anything and I’m not looking to publicly disparage your business but I’m telling my friends about my experience. This is awful service and I hope yall can improve.
