Went today for the first time. Two girls too busy talking to each other. Ordered med #2 sub, next thing I knew she walked away and another came. ??? She asked what I wanted told her. Then she turns away and the 1st girl was there. She asked me what did I want on it lettuce tomato, she stops to call the other girl back to tell her to look at the lettuce. Then she goes what do you want on this… lettuce tomato a little onion hot peppers salt olive oil oregano and she asked what type of peppers, I tell her and know what she did or didn’t do -no oil no vinegar no salt no oregano. Never should there be 2 employees talking while one is waiting on a customer. I’ve been to Seaford 3 times and have always had exceptional service! They’ve always thanked me talked TO me, not to another employee! Difference between night and a sunny day!

Saw an employee meet and open the door for an elderly gentleman with a walker! The staff is always happy, positive with good attitudes! The restaurant appears clean, the food is good quality. Their app makes it easy to order, and catering makes my life easier!

Stopped in this location on the way home from the beach and was pleasantly surprised by how friendly everyone was. The staff are genuinely so kind and really welcoming. I was so tired and in travel mode but they perked me right up! Delicious sub and excellent service!

Jersey Mikes please recognize the staff and especially this young man in there. You are so lucky to have him working there. I do not know his name but I have never in all my years in retail seen a fantastic worker like him. Every employee was smiling and every customer on line. I even witnessed him walking out a disabled woman today!! He needs to be held to the highest appreciation there is! A worker like him really made my jersey mikes experience unforgettable! He’s inspiring!

It would be nice to let people know online or on your phone that you're closed. I've traveled up there since your online serviced. Not taking orders. I suppose something was wrong so I go up there and you're closed. At least put that online or own your website. That's craziness.
Went in there for a couple of subs and they had the nicest crew working in the back. All joking, all having a good time and taking the time to make our subs right. I wish all fast food had service like this. I actually felt like I was interacting with humans and not just someone who was treating me as an inconvenience. This one is managed well!

They are like cheers here and they will know your name, because you magicallybecome family. The beyond friendly & energetic service is definitely a rare find. These folks know how to treat you well & keep you wanting to come back. The sub was freshly made with quality ingredients & tasted great. Milford JM is a cut above the rest, Quick, efficient & friendly! I highly recommend this as your new Sub shop on the shore. Milford is lucky to have JM here.
