Food was great, just had a rude employer who really didn't seem to want to serve us. My roommate orders two subs, one for him, one for his brother, and she just automatically thought he ordered mine to. She ask me what I wanted said tuna. She finished making my roommates Italian subs and was surprised I wanted a tuna. I was like sorry I thought you heard me when you asked what we wanted. She was annoyed when I asked about the kind of bread they had and also felt necessary to be rude when I asked for cheese when she already tossed it to the next employee like is your job that hard? Lose the attitude or find a different job. Makes me want to not go back there. 🤷♀️

Overpriced for subs they're not that great but off to go to Subway be a lot cheaper on your pocket but I don't like neither one of them myself we have our own little personal shops here stores that make good subs steak sandwiches and whatnot

Food is good, kind of meant to be eaten shortly after they're made (not so awesome the next day...) and staff is good but expects a tip. Tips are expected when waitressing but for takeout its rude to imply you're entitled to that. You make hourly wage so you're not surviving off tips. No one goes to a sub shop and walks in expecting to 1. Pay a fortune (because Jersey Mike's is VERY overpriced) and 2. Be pressured into tipping someone for takeout.

We had an unfortunate experience here. A couple months ago we were ordering subs and the higher up manager I think her name starts with an A, she was so rude to the employees working their butts off. I felt so bad for them. She was talking down to them and calling one girl out in front of everyone. Do better management.

About two or three months ago I was looking for a new Lunch spot for work after getting tired of the places I was currently eating at. I came to the Milford location once and have been back every other day since! My job is often complimented for its member service but my inspiration comes from this store! I love every single employee here they all know me and my order by heart! But I wanna give a special compliment to Ms Arryn and Ms Mandy they have left such a lasting impression on me. Can't believe I went looking for a new Lunch spot and found two of the most outstanding Ladies I've ever met!!! You do so well at your jobs balancing efficiency while making your customers feel welcomed, happy, and by then end changed for the better. It's a talent I wish I had and hope to learn from them as I continue coming back!
