On 8/4/2025 my husband n I stopped by at your DuPont Blvd in Milford, Del. Our order was incomplete Cole slaw not there, fries overdone, cold, greasy n some tasted like fish. My husband stood on line for 10 mins when he finally got to the counter n paid for his order the cashier said they had no chicken n he would have to wait another 10 mins. Besides that the floors were filthy n there were no utensils, napkins or other essential available. Needless to say we will never be eating at KFC again.

The biscuit was overcooked. The chicken strips didn't have much flavor, and may have been overcooked. The employees were very nice, and we're trying their hardest. I believe they were under staffed.

Have visited 3 times in the last week. Once around 9pm, once at 6pm and once at 2pm. Closed at all times. Needs to be marked temporarily closed if they’re gonna keep doing this

I ordered on DoorDash over an hour before it said time was cutoff for DD deliveries at 11:30p.m. The driver called us at 10:40p.m and said KFC was closed and told us to call the store, so we did, no answer. We canceled our order and called KFC again, no answer, but Apple Maps says it doesn’t close until 12:00 a.m. Funny right? However judging by the other reviews, I’m not missing out on much. Either website times need to be updated so people aren’t confused as to why they can’t get their food two hours prior to store closing, or there’s some really crappy management and team practices going on here. Which again, how people are talking about the food doesn’t surprise me. Anyways I won’t be waiting my money here in the future.

Chicken either was cooked in old grease or cooked too long. The chicken tasted oily and the color was burnt. I talked with the associate and they said tge chicken was fresh.

After 30 minutes, I finally was able to place my order after another 20 minutes. I finally got my food and once I got my food, my chicken was overcooked. I ordered mac & cheese and they told me they didn’t have any silverware. They didn’t tell me this until I walked up to the counter after I got my food to ask for it. Terrible service and the manager has an attitude. And on top of everything else they don’t give refunds. I do not recommend.

I ordered an eight-piece meal. I got four extra crispy wings that were great. And four original. All of the original pieces I got were old and the skin was too tough to even bite or chew through. Looks like the chicken was old.. I tried calling the restaurant but nobody has answered the phone
Terrible. Husband went through drive thru to get food and had to wait 30 minutes in a parking spot for the order. No one ever brought it out and he then had to go inside to get it. Missing sauces, chicken is extremely dry and skin is burnt. He also stated staff were all very rude during every exchange.

Inept service, worse management. The fact that they’re still open has to be an oversight. What a waste of space.
Go somewhere else; they probably ran out of what you want. If they even had it in stock in the first place or could figure out how to make it. Useless.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had here. I ordered on the app and waited in the drive-thru. Once they waited on me, she said I had to come inside to pick up app orders. Really? Ridiculous. It was raining hard, which is why I used the app and the drive-thru in the first place. I stood at the counter for quite awhile before anybody came to wait on me, and the bag had been sitting there. I ordered the four-piece box for $10, which pictured two thighs and two legs. I only eat dark meat. I received a thigh, leg, breast, and a wing. If I had known that was the pieces I would have received, I would not have ordered it. I called the store to ask why I received those pieces and they said that’s how a 4-piece comes. I did let them know that is not what is pictured on the app. She doesn’t know why. She never offered to replace the breast and wing with a thigh and leg. The chicken and the biscuits were not hot at all. The chicken was dark brown, way over cooked, and extremely salty. The meat was not juicy at all; it was very dry and hard to pull off. The potatoes were the only thing that was hot. I should have taken it back and asked for a new one, but since they didn’t even offer to exchange the white meat for dark (as pictured), I took it home and gave it to my dogs (without the salty skin). KFC used to be my favorite restaurant. I’m highly disappointed, and never have been before, but this may be my last visit here.

The workers are not friendly, both times I have bought there they have not wanted to serve me, and they end up serving me in a bad way.
