I have Celiac and this place is a gem they were so good about making sure that everything was safe and I had no side effects from eating here. They were so kind and answered all my questions, it's just nice to be able to go someplace and not worry about being sick afterwards. It's a bonus that that chicken was Krispy and still moist inside.

The chicken tasted burnt. I let the young girl know at the counter know and all she offered was an apology. She did say they had to put the breasts back down but all of the chicken tasted burnt. She acted like she didn't know what to say or do. We won't be back there to get chicken!

I ordered a large chicken gizzard fried hard. I got a large chicken gizzard barely cooked and food poisoning. I picked my food up and started eating on my ride home. Noticed something wasn't right. I turned on the car light and they were raw. I took the food back. The girl said sorry and I got refund. Called the owner told him he hung up on me. Nice Guy

I tried the gluten-free chicken tenders with fries, plus broccoli bites. The fries were incredibly crispy the chicken tenders were huge and juicy and flavorful. And I absolutely love the broccoli cheese bites! I got to eat gluten free that's a rare treat. And the customer service was fantastic keep it up girls

A hole in the wall - YES. The cleanest place around NO! The food- delicious! A little pricey, however, the quality is far above par! Our standard order is chicken tenders and fries, with the thai monkey sauce and blue cheese. Our spot to eat before heading to the movies!

Do Not Waste Your Time or Money at this establishment. I will be spreading the word to my family, friends and coworkers to not patronize either location they are both horrible. I’m new to Delaware and when I first started ordering from here about a year ago they were decent at best every order since then has gone down down down . Yesterday they received the last order they will ever get from me . The chicken was Old, Burnt, Dry and extremely Tiny (see my pics the thighs were about 2 inches with no meat, all bone) I called to complain and the manager Janelle told me she would call the manager and call me back. When she called back I was told I would have to bring the food back to the store to get a refund or a new order . I explained I lived 40 minutes from both location and I should t have to leave my home drive 40 minutes for an error they made . Even a partial refund would have been a satisfactory outcome. All she kept repeating was the owner says that’s the store policy and they only way they can do anything for me is to bring the food back. I’m a chef myself and I have worked at plenty of restaurants it’s a major health code violation to ask for food back that has already left your establishment. Even if it’s being thrown out it’s still considered contaminated once it leaves your establishment. I will be reporting them to the BBB and Health Dept because if they asked me to do this they have certainly done it before. And don’t even get me started about the 2 disrespectful woman at the Lewes location . I’ll review that location separately. So unless you enjoy Horrible service with possibly contaminated food I suggest you not eat at either location . On top of all this they charge you extra fees for using your debit/credit card which is also illegal to do in the state of Delaware. HORRIBLE FOOD. TERRIBLE SERVICE and UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT !

ordered a chicken filet sandwhich ive order plenty of times before. i got a sandwich with 2 tenders. they wont make it right as I didnt save the two tenders as I needed to eat dinner at work and they close at 7 pm. We order from here often and the quality and management has gone so far down hill not waiting for them to get it right. we wont order again.

The young ladies working were adorably sweet and helpful, clearly not trained on sanitation practices (no gloves, moving between sweeping, back to cooking without washing hands - I know they don’t directly touch the wings, but it’s still kinda gross). The wings are unseasoned, cooked well but the hot sauce is very bland. Maybe not a fair comparison but I was craving Wings to Go and this doesn’t come close.

Today was my husband's and my 2nd time ordering from the Kick n' Chicken in Milford, Delaware. The food and service was outstanding both times!!! Today, my husband and I went there around 4 p.m. to order takeout. The young lady working there could not have been nicer! We were greeted with a big friendy smile and a "hi, how are you" as soon as we walked in the door. My husband ordered old bay wings, and I ordered a gluten-free chicken cheese steak wrap with LTM&FO. The nice young lady who greeted us, also prepared our food, and when she handed us the food, we could smell the Old Bay...OMG, we couldn't wait to get home and dig in...lol! Our food was absolutely delicious! Everything was hot, fresh, and perfectly prepared! My husband devoured the wings in no time, and I initially was only going to eat half of the wrap, but it was so darn good that I decided to eat the other half, too...haha!!! KUDOS to the greeter who was also the chef (smile)! THANK YOU for your kindness and for taking and making our food order today!!! We really appreciate it, and we highly recommend the Kick n' Chicken in Milford, Delaware!!!
