The hot in ready is never hot and ready. I don't even know why its advertised as such.
I don't mind waiting for food when you can tell a place is busy. When I walked in there were 2 people in front of me. We all stood there for at least 5 minutes before anyone even came around the corner to the registers. Once he did, he went right back without saying a word. some sort of acknowledgement goes a long way. I myself started to get a little annoyed, but I wasn't too pressed.
