The fries are cold most of the times and it’s frustrating. but other than that, this is my favorite McDonald’s. The workers are very polite and if something is not right, they try their best to correct it.

I ordered only 2 burritos and a large iced coffee. I get to work and something told me to check my account. They charged me $20. I called for refund and they refused because I have to be there. I said I can’t just leave work work. We can do it manually over the phone. They said NO that I have to come back. I told whoever answered that it’s their error and not my fault they didn’t give me a receipt cuz it was jammed and then to say I have to come back for refund when you can easily do it over phone manually. Screw them for robbing me and not caring about it

I give service a 3 stars because our cashier was wonderful but the one person in the back was rude . I asked for some straws and she snapped they're in the bag ( they were not ) and walked away with out even given me any . I understand they get busy and they have a certain time to get food out to people but it takes nothing to be respectful and nice to someone. Plus it's not my fault they made it were you can't get your own napkins and straws anymore . I get customer service is hard and you have a lot to deal with but everytime I have been in there , it's the same rude women that has issues and is making everyone mad at her ( workers and guests ) .
