We received a pizza that had paper baked between the crust and toppings. At least we didn’t taste it when we unknowingly ate most of the paper.

(assumingly) undercooked food, gave me food poisoning. ive been eating the same homecooked food for a week and the cheesy bread from here was the only intruder.

The service here is terrible. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or a work ethic issue, but your delivery will take at minimum 1 hour and likely be closer to the 2 hour mark. This has been the case the last 4 orders. I've called and they've told me it just left but it still took another hour and the tracker didn't update for another 30 minutes. They even sent me a thing in the mail for a free pizza because of my past experience and the code was invalid... This is by far the worst Papa Johns I've had to deal with. The food is always good, but the service is the failure for this location.

Papa John’s used to be my favorite place to get my pizza, but lately it’s like the management went down hill. It’s like they don’t even take pride in their work anymore. Pizza was barely cooked. The inside of the crust and even the bottom of the pizza had raw dough in it. What’s the rush??? For all that hassle, I would have just went to dominos.

They sucks to be honest, it very irritating to be pregnant have a craving of delicious garlic knots and marinara sauce only to be disappointed with this. The “garlic knots” shown are literally just very dry, crusty bread…with no garlic, or sauce. No hate to other Papa John’s but this one is awful. My receipt even says +2 pizza sauce. Y’all need to get your store together.

Absolute failure, Ordered 3 pizzas for a small family gathering at 3:30 to be delivered at 5:45. Never got the pizzas till approximately 7:10, and the pizzas were completely cold. The cheese had resolidified completely, 1 of the pizzas wasnt even cut, no garlic butter in 2 of them, no peppers in any of them. A manager was supposed to call us back because of the issues, yet still waiting for that call.

I was extremely disappointed in the customer service. My husband ordered us one simple pizza with 2 ranches which we paid extra for: we waited 40 minutes and when we got our food the driver took off right away. We called 1 minute after he took off to ask if they can call the driver to let him know that he forgot our ranch and the girl who answered the phone said she would call him and have him turn around right away. After 5 minutes we had not heard back so I called again but this time I was completely caught off guard, the girl who answered was extremely rude and absolutely awful when speaking to us. She gave me such attitude about the whole and hung up when I was mid sentence. I worked in customer service and I was a server as well and I would never. She completely ruined Papa John’s for me.

My delivery of a $24 meal that I paid $12 on top of (5.xx fee, 6.xx tip) was incomplete due to a missing drink, and not brought to my room as requested. I was not given a call by my delivery driver that they were unable to fulfill my room delivery request, so then of course there was no chance to inspect the order for accuracy on my end. This is one way to address the issue, actually hand the food to the customer who paid for it. Next issue after having to call in to the store since there is no automated online resolution option, the person who answered could not ( would not ) provide any sort of correction helpful for this issue. No option for partial refund, discount code, return visit with the drink, or even adjusting the tip to reflect the service provided. Her solution was next time I order she can write a note for me to get the drink. The issue with her proposed solution is there will not be a next time.My wife asks me why I still order from Papa John’s when I’m often more disappointed than not. I’m finally at the point where I think she might be right.

Highly Recommend This Pappa John's in Milford. Their pizza is the best and Thier Team there under Brian's management is excellent. The Cashier Morgan was also nice and Courteous too. We will return to this Pappa John's Pizza for Thier Awesome tasting Pizza!

Wish I could leave zero stars. This Papa John’s delivered my food to the wrong address. That’s cool I get it, mistakes happen. But they said my only choice was to wait 3 hours for a new pizza to be delivered or they will give me a store credit. I just wanted a refund at that point. The cashier started to refund me but a someone in the background started telling her no. According to the “general manager” they would not issue me a refund due to store policy. The whole time this manager acted like he had anything better to do than resolve my issue. Papa John’s has always been my favorite chain pizza but not anymore. I will no longer order pizza from them. I know this will not affect the business, stocks won’t drop over this review, but a change needs to be made at this store. I’m out almost 50 bucks and didn’t receive my food. But Papa John’s got their money and their driver still got their tip. The way I see this is theft plain and simple. Hopefully my issues will be resolved by corporate after their 48 hour review period.
