This is a small bakery. Upon arrival, we waited some time before someone appeared to wait on us. We made our selections from the limited availability. The items did not appear as fresh as they should have been. Nor did they have the best flavor. Maybe just not what we are accustomed to. We likely would not return. I noticed some small insects on a few items in the case.

Absolutely the worse BIRTHDAY CAKE EVER...I went in a week ago spoke to the baker directly asking about a small birthday cake for my wife's birthday..For thirty years ive been getting her what she likes pure BUTTER CREAM ICING on yellow cake...Stressing BUTTERCREAM she assured me her icing was just that...She was to decorate with purple icing and flowers. ( her favorite color)When I arrived at the agreed puck up time yesterday 4/8 the cake was white icing with a pink ribbon totally plan nothing special...The woman at the counter didn't speak English I expressed my disappointment asked for at least putting HAPPY BIRTHDAY on it!It took thirty minutes to do this [ see picture] i paid and left being way to late to go elsewhere..Well after dinner we had a piece of cake and it truly was the worse ever the icing definitely can out of a can..No changing the disappointed I felt I let my wife down...

I bought two cupcakes. The carrot cake cupcake was a bit dry but the flavor was okay. The strawberry was good and moist. I'm guessing I got the carrot cake too late and it may not have been and day fresh.

Purchased an apple pie and it is phenomenal. Delicious in every bite from crust to apple. The price was more than reasonable and definitely worth every penny. I'm very grateful Rosita's Bakery has found residence in Milford. They've made a returning customer out of me for sure.

Quite the unexpected wonderful little bakery on the North end of Milford! We've picked up desserts from there in the past but haven't stopped by in a while, happy to see a small local business continue to succeed! We'll have to stop by more often.

Everything we've gotten there has been fresh and delicious. The mixed berry pie is TO DIE FOR!!! The red velvet is my favorite flavor of cupcake and the sugared donuts can't be beat. This is the only place in the area that makes sugared donuts and they do it well. Absolutely will be back.
