This is a great place to order a bunch of food. The french fries were good. It is more expensive than other competitors. I went here in the evening and it wasn't crowded at all.

My experience at Ruby Tuesday’s was VERY disappointing. I got seated at around 7:15pm and I waiting until after 8:00pm to get my food. The service was very poor, the waiter seemed like he tried to look “busy” but was really just walking around. The tables were not cleaned at all and many dishes were left to sit out. The prices were ridiculously high! The food was horrible.The ribs were overcooked, the shrimp was undercooked, and the fish looked inedible. From the quality of the food, to the time of the wait, to even the foods appearance, it was all very disappointing.Overall the food and service was disgraceful. My family and I went to Wendy’s after just to fulfill our hungry stomachs and cleanse our empty pallets.

Aug 11th, 25 12-1pm: Let me tell you about the service, phenomenal! Jose was amazing. Even with about a dozen tables we never felt neglected. And whomever was on the grill crushed it. The food came out without delay and nobody’s food was messed up. Even short staffed this place nailed customer service!
