Jessica was our server tonight, she was running the bar, working several tables and helping customers with to go orders. She was very attentive and polite. At one point she was even need in the kitchen helping prepare the food for the customers. She did so much to ensure ever customer had a great experience. Will be back to see her again, hopefully next time she won't be needed in the kitchen

We love coming here especially for the salad bar. My kids love the salad bar and the different lemonade and tea options. Overall we just love Ruby Tuesdays. The service is always great. Sierra was awesome.

Greeter was very warm and welcoming. Waiter was very friendly but with the low staffing, waiting for our food was very long, waiting for check and paying to leave to over 15 minutes to be ready to present check, pay, and then be able to leave.One thing however, upon entering the restaurant, just opened the front door.. we were hit with an awful smell which I personally could not handle and made me physically ill....I was not impressed with the establishment and felt bad for the waitress having to wait on more than 6 tables all at once with no other employees on the floor...Kid-friendliness: Our little ones were very entertaining with the crayons and placemats given to them... they enjoyed the puzzles the most and kept them busy during entire time of dining!

What's there Thursday for lunch everything was good decided to go back Friday night for dinner April 12th about 5:00 5:30 complete different experience salad bar was not fresh had just started to eat our salad and then our meal came out of the kitchen food had gotten cold by the time we finished salad ordered fish and chips the fish wasn't even thoroughly cooked they didn't leave it in the deep fryer long enough french fries were soggy our server said the manager pushed the food out of the kitchen going to be a while before we go back and try dinner again as I said though lunch time staff was excellent dinner time staff not the same seem like poor management

We enjoyed eating at Ruby Tuesday’s in Milford DE. Yesterday! We had a wonderful waitress Kate who is so attentive and efficient! She was handling all the tables, bar drinks and brief time seating patrons!! I look for her every time I go because she is always so pleasant and fast!!

This was the 1st time we tried this restaurant. Went on a Saturday afternoon around 2pm. There were only 2 servers working, so everything took a long time and it impacted our dining experience. We ordered the spinach avacodo dip appetizer, which was good. My significant other ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. There was a puddle of oil under the food, and the server offered to replace it with the chicken broccoli pasta. I ordered the ribs/steak combo meal. I asked for the Texas dry rub ribs. The ribs were good, but the steak tasted like it was unseasoned. Very blah. I finished my entire meal before the replacement chicken pasta arrived, which we boxed to go. I had to wait too long for my drink refill, at least 5 minutes, and my S.O. asked for a refill but never got it. We won't be returning to this restaurant. 1st impressions . . .

Never going back again, came home with a bed bug!!!!!! . I start by saying this was my only outing today, I got dressed and come out for dinner and went home. My food was good at the restaurant, service was a little slow and it appeared my server was the only one working tonight. He was very friendly and pleasant, but was always expressing how many other places he needed to be tonight. But once home, I started to itch, and thought something was bitting me, then I look down and there was a bug crawling on me, I ran to get the bug of and noticed it was a bed bug. Never will I ever dine at this restaurant again. Completely traumatized.

I visit this Ruby Tuesdays nearly every week. The food is good, but the service is excellent. Jessica always takes great care of me. She provides quick, friendly service and is hilarious. Being a regular, she remembers what I drink and will typically have it ready for me when I walk in if she sees me pull in the lot. She's a breathe of fresh air after a long work day. She's definitely the reason I keep going in as often as I do.
