The worst experience ever I ordered a pink drink, oatmeal, almonds, blueberries, and brown sugar at the drive-through. Can you explain why they forgot the blueberries and the almonds in the spoon? In the oatmeal looks crazy. I’m scared to eat it.

14-18 minutes wait on the app but in fact 35 minutes??
For 2 drinks I sat there for 40 minutes. I see people come and go while their order appearing after mine.
I have no problems with the drinks, they're good. But you really should check the order system again.

Probably the best cinnamon cappuccino I've had in a while. I also appreciate Starbucks is like the only place that offer an impossible sausage sandwich which I might add was also delicious. But the best part about this location is the staff, from being greeted when we walked in the door to the extra time Frank took with us on the order since we had no idea what we wanted.

Never had a worse Starbucks experience. Placed a mobile order and then waited in the drive through for 30 minutes even though there were only 3 cars in front of us. Would have gone in except once you enter the drive through you can’t exit. Once we got up to the window they handed us ONE of our two drinks. Had to ask for the second and when she grabbed it off the counter she said “hmm this iced matcha has no matcha in it” … it was legit just a cup of milk. So they remade it but they must not have cleaned the blender because when I got it, it tasted like old coffee and sour milk. It also had no ice (which I did not request). So I had a room temp, horrible matcha that I threw right in the trash.

Went here headed back home from a road trip. Drive through was closed with limited signs until you drive through. Headed inside only to find out that you can only do mobile orders.

25 minutes for a single black coffee. Returned to the counter to inquire. They forgot to make it. Then waited another five minutes and returned to the counter. Forgot again. Finally flagged down someone who brewed it in 30 seconds. The coffee should be free at that point of dysfunction.

When I first arrived to this location I was pleased by the atmosphere, but I ordered my regular drink with Josh today & I explained to him what I want specifically due to my food allergies — my drink was wrong had exactly what I asked to remove like what ? Not only was my drink incorrect he was incredibly rude and insensitive!

Walked in, they said hi, stood at the register and was promptly ignored while 5 people served the drive through. Decided to go to the bathroom, came back, and continued to be ignored by all 5. They avoided eye contact the entire time. I just walked out, they didn't even notice.
