I arrived to pick up a doordash delivery and the two ee's hadn't even STARTED the 5 items! Then they were EXTREMELY slow, I had to remind them that there were supposed to add 2 churros. That's when they discovered that they only had one. I honestly think they are both unsuited for the job!
My amazing BLT that is literally bacon on bread... my fiance went in and gave them a voice recording of exactly what I wanted and somehow they ended up with this??? Italian herb and cheese with provolone BLT toasted add mayo salt and pepper. I was given bacon and bread.... I get out of work at midnight so I'm stuck with this..

The employees are lazy they have no customers skills. I had a experience with them lying and false advisement because they didn't want to make a sub. 🤦🏾♀️

The owner of this Subway is one of the nastiest persons to her staff. She has fired several good workers that any franchise would love to have work for them. She just a fired National honors student. Who volunteers in the Milford community. The owner couldn't even fire them herself she gets her manager to do it
This is not the type of owner we need in our Milford community. I have contacted corporate and filed a complaint.
You need to use a different ham. The ham is terrible.

We decided to eat inside for the first time and honestly it was horrible. It was another family eating with kids and also an elderly couple. When the family with kids left, the worker lady with a bun came to clean their table and yelled that "nowadays people don't know how to eat" and was going on and on about "the mess" that family made. She was so frustrated and made me and my husband so uncomfortable. They were also was putting all the chairs up on the table and saying that her family doesn't eat out before the restaurant is closing. It was around 6.40 pm Jul 3rd and the restaurant is closing at 9pm.
I've never seen workers talking bad about customers upfront of other customers like that. Very very toxic lady. Looks like she hates her job and people.

Counter people were disengaged with the customer. Only talked to get minimal info on the order. There were no other customers. One was creating meals in bowls, but didn't discus it other than the name. It's non-menu so I assume catered. That might have been nice for me to know as I could have opportunities for them, but I'll look elsewhere when the time comes.

I can’t believe I had to wait 40 minutes in Subway with only two people in front of me just for me to have to leave because I couldn’t even eat on my break given myself an extra 10 minutes of my 30 min break. Allowing myself to get in trouble just for me not to eat still

Stopped in for a sub b4 movie.Found coupons on a table, and we used one 4 two footlong sub for 12.99.Then we also wished to try the ft long pretzel, which we were able to get. The ft long cookie was sold out. Bummed out on that!!
