The food is just mediocre here. The real problem is the kind of customers that it attracts. They are VERY walmartesque. Hit the drivethru.

Went tonight to order drive thru. Teenager on drive thru was very rude. Laughing at my order. Repeated it back incorrectly. When I corrected him said it’s almost the same close enough while laughing very immature. Will not be going back.

Holy Crap - 25 minutes for food, asked for just beef tacos for my kid- that didn't happen! Soda was soda water and had no soda syrup. Place was a HOT MESS. I don't expect much from a fast food joint, but least be FAST and make the food right. Like the food doesn't need be great, sometimes it's barley good, but it's what u expect.
I went through the drive through to order my food. After paying at the window, the guy asked if I could pull around to the front to wait, and he would bring out my food. I waited over 20 minutes and watched multiple people go in and out of the store with their food. My food was cold by the time it was brought out to me. I wouldn’t recommend this Taco Bell to anyone.

Hard tacos were all soggy upon receiving. Wrappers were all partially wet. Bag was also soggy and fell through... Poor packaging!
Recommend just find somewhere else to eat, already feel sick after eating.

I am always afraid of Taco Bells and the one in Milford more so the personnel are great but have often ( 4 times) sent me home without something or wrong items and I live too far to return calling to complain useless. and Kentucky Fried is a like for me once a month. I do not enjoy commercial Mexican food much. I will pay a bit more for more authenticity in taste. I eat there for I hate myself days and financial reasons or use too it has increased price wise.
I'm not expecting haute cuisine, but I do expect the chicken not to be borderline burnt and dried out.

Really disappointing. Short staffed. Waited 30 minutes for a drive thru order and they forgot an item. My tacos were cold and soggy. Staff was apologetic, but obviously overwhelmed.
