My spouse has been craving crab cakes and I read a review stating that Beaches offers a gluten free crab cake option. I read through the reviews, some were not so great and some were amazing, despite the negative reviews we decided to give it a try. OMG! DO NOT LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! Beaches is a gem. The crab cakes are amazing! We would love to try more of the menu however cannot get pass how amazing the crab cakes are. The atmosphere is very inviting and the staff is amazing (we've been a few times now). Pricing is very reasonable. If you are looking for an enjoyable and friendly spot to eat that has great food, don't hesitate to try this place out.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options

We really enjoy Beaches! We sit at the bar and really like Tamara who is delightful and so knowledgeable about the food. She recommended the crab cakes which we found to be some of the best which is saying a great deal since we grew up having incredible crab cakes! We are so glad to have discovered this great local restaurant! Milton is so lucky to have Beachea!

They have a small, rather mediocre buffet. The buffet has seafood (cràb legs, fried clams, calamari) but the only side was green beans. No potatoes, pasta, rice, etc. You can order that separately but at $40 per person, it's already a bit steep. Food wasn't bad, service was excellent but prbly and won't be back.
I don't know where these other reviewers are coming from. I have eaten there 3 times. While the food isn't fantastic. It is very acceptable. I am very picky and haven't been disappointed. The staff is more than attentive. I believe the bad reviews are coming from competitors. Not the greatest restaurant but more than acceptable. I will definitely be returning.

7/29/23 I went to dinner at Beaches restaurant with my sisters, to start I would of given this place O starsT pebut I couldn’t anyway the food was totally disgusting I ordered stuffed shrimp well I got 2 little shrimp half cooked with a ice cream scooped of crab meat that I could not even eat it was filled with shells the manager said they changed to a cheaper crab meat and the cook ( owner ) was to busy to pick the shells out , I also ordered a side of coleslaw it was horrible it had potato salad mixed in the coleslaw when we told the manager she said that’s interesting as she was picking the potatoes out of the coleslaw.My sister ordered a side of macaroni and cheese well it was elbow macaroni with a slice of cheese on top and melted in the microwave when we told the manager she said oh he puts the cheese on top because the macaroni & cheese was from yesterday. Anyway I paid 93.00 for disgusting food that I could not eat and I had to stop at a fast food restaurant to get something to eat. This restaurant was a disgrace the food was HORRIBLE believe me and I’m not one that complains but this was a DISGRACEFUL……. DON’t WASTE YOUR MONEY.Louise Mazzola

Had to be one of the worse meals I had. Cocktails horrible. Atmosphere smells like being in a old cafeteria as well as looking like one. The food is not what I expected at all. Crab cakes terrible. The sides that are supposedly are included were upcharged if they were available Lol basically lucky if they had any nor were we told half of them were not available. Overall FIRST AND LAST FOR ME. I Could go on not waisting any more time. I've already waisted over a hundred dollars.

Stopped after a show at Milton Theater. Dining room was busy, and service was good, considering. Our food was very good (bacon scallops and crabcakes). Like every other business, they're short-staffed, so try to be considerate.

Servers were courteous and attentive. The food was not great. The potato salad was hard potatoes drowned in mayo. The crab soup barely had crabmeat in it and had an unpleasant thick slimy texture. The fried founder sandwich was so salty that if I would’ve eaten it all it would’ve thrown my heart into palpitations.
