FYI…”You can tell if cooked shrimp is “old” by its strong ammonia or sour smell, a slimy or mushy texture (not firm), and discoloration like dull gray, green, or dark spots, as good cooked shrimp should smell mild, feel firm, and have opaque white flesh with pink/orange highlights. If cooked shrimp has these negative signs, it's best to toss it to avoid foodborne illness, even if it's only a few days old.”_Google search
I’m sometimes finding the website doesn’t seem to relate to the place in Milton, DE at times but this is the menu for sure. The folks are nice and thorough the food is typical of the cuisine in this neck of the woods they indeed Americans dishes to appease locals as opposed to focus on the more authentic style. They’ve got to do whatever sells I understand. I just wish I could persuade them to spice things up more.
