So-so food. Very limited menu. Lousy cooks! But, I guess being from NJ, I have higher standards for food.

We were going to the Milton Theater matinee and stopped there for lunch. The staff was very friendly and we really liked our options. We started with the margaherita dip, cheese stake and burger and off curse a bottle of wine 🍷 to help with the digestion.
The place is not fancy but the food and service is very good.

My wife had ask me to go to this place for 2 years and I finally said lets do it. Well the 35 minute drive was well worth it! We should have checked this place out a lot sooner. Of course my wife was right!!! We sat at the little bar where we got to talk to some of the workers/owners and all were so friendly and gave good reccomendations. We started with their seasonal cocktail sampler and a beer sampler. All were soooooo good. Awesome how they do the cocktail samplers based on the season. I got the Prime RIb French Dip and it was off the chart good, wow! My wife got the breakfast pizza and it was amazing!!! Check out the pictures I posted with my review. We finished our samplers and then got a couple full size drinks. The service was outstanding, the food was fantastic, the people were all so friendly, the atmosphere is fun with cool rooms and igloo's outside, and much more. I can not say enough good things about this experience and really look forward to going back to try the burger or cheesesteak. One more thing to note is that all the owners are hands on from running the place down to washing the dishes and sweeping. All they want are happy customers and will make that happen however they can. I wish the best for places that have these kind of owners, and really hope you go visit them based off of my review. You will be very happy!!! Thanks Milton Dough Bar!! You Rock!!

Love the BBQ pizza, best around
The food was 11/10. Came out very fresh and steaming hot and tasted very homemade. However, our server was extremely unprofessional and our party of four was completely neglected. Our server, Anne, got us our drinks and asked if we were ready to order. We said 'not yet' and she came back 25 minutes later. Once our order was put in she NEVER came back. We got refills from a male server, and our food was run by another younger girl. We counted 8 other tables at peak hour including the outdoor dining. Our table was never touched back on once we got our food. We had to ask a bus boy for our check, then Anne came back with one check and when we asked for it to be split she sighed and seemed very bothered. We left her cash and immediately left. Not sure if it's because we are a younger group, but I am a general manager at a gourmet restaurant and would fire this server immediately.

Really enjoyed this restaurant. Try the French Dip. It was excellent. The bread/roll it was served on was one of the best I've ever eaten. They have a donut burger that was yummy. If you are in Milton this is a must stop by and enjoy. An added bonus on weekends is that the restaurant next door has live entertainment. We sat outside to dine and were able to take advantage of that. The owner was lovely and spent quite some time chatting with us about future plans for the restaurant that sounds very exciting. Our server, I believe her name was Allie was such a sweetheart. We were a table of seven with my three grandchildren. We had a nice family experience.

Stopped for drinks after enjoying the Milton downtown and river area. Milton is a surprisingly quaint and picturesque area. I had no idea!! I've lived in Delaware most of my life, but had never been there.

They were out of pork chops and prime rib, which is what we came for. settled for a Gouda burger and they served it with cheddar because out of the Gouda. Big disappointment tonight.
