Ordered $150 worth of pizza for family gathering. One pizza was incorrect with ingredient which was requested to not be included (due to dietary restriction). Called to ask about issue and was told it was an online order and although the cheese was selected not to be included, it was " not in the right section". Refused to credit that pizza. Staff in shop not interested in customers.

It’s WONDERFUL pizza! I love the charred crust. They use a gas fired, hemispherical oven that also utilizes a small wood fire for added flavor. I recommend getting your pizza well done as it increases the crispy, blackened crust. I would ignore the negative reviews, some of them seem punitive and inaccurate. I only get cheese and pepperoni so that’s as far as my experience goes. I recommend the chocolate chip cookies. The brownie is well made but it wasn’t my preference, you may like it though. Note that every time I order the pizza is ready within 10 to 15 minutes so I recommend asking for the completed order at a specific time so you can get the hottest possible pizza. The pizza is thin so you also might want to bring a blanket to wrap the box in. This recommendation applies to any pizza, though.
