Unbelievable food I look forward every weekend in the summer going to smokin D’s. It’s family owned and operated, and they are the nicest people you will ever meet. They are on a first name basis with practically all their customers. Highly recommended.

Smokin D'z BBQ is a popular spot for delicious BBQ, a great BBQ place just a short jaunt from Broadkill Beach. The menu offers a range of tasty options, including the brisket sandwich, pulled pork, smoked chicken and rack of ribs. The potato salad is a standout, and the restaurant's family-friendly atmosphere is enhanced by a unique outdoor seating area with a view of a nearby statue. Homemade sauces were great as well, and the original sauce and spicy were tried. The ribs are available in half and full racks and are very yummy. The chicken is juicy and tender. Friendly staff and quick service make for a pleasant dining experience, with very pleasant servers providing prompt service. It's a little oasis nestled behind an outdoor furniture store on Rte 1.
