Ordered a sub through the app made sure my pick up time was set for asap showed up showed them email verification and and order number and credit card notification showing I paid and order to this location said it never came through to them no refund no help no nothing immediately ignored my nice little break ruined not first time I’ve had problems with subway before just reiterated the fact that I will never go to subway again
Our Italian sub was terrible. Meat was very dry. Maybe they let the cut ingredients sit out all day. Will drive to Jersey Mikes for a great sub!
felt like i was bothering the staff asking for a basic order and still didn’t get what i wanted…
If I place an order online for my order to be ready in 15 minutes- to go the store and wait another 15 minutes in line- just to be told my order was never started- and then wait another 15 minutes for it to be prepared? That’s completely unacceptable. I understand that the store was busy but the whole point of online ordering is to make it easier on both the customer and the store.
Food tasted good, but super skimpy with ingredients.
The team making sandwiches is very efficient and friendly. Very tasty sandwich!
This place has gone to shits,they have a bunch of young people there that dont care to serve you and trick you out of your money they are rude and disrespectful you can tell they are not experienced to do hospitality work i will never go there again! They need to shut that down and put something else there thank god mcdonalds coming to town

Worst subway experience ever. The morning shift is ok but tonight, the two kids working didn't care at all. They weren't friendly at all. Clearly they both didn't want to be at work. Disappointed. And the credit card machine asks for me to add a tip.. here's a tip, hire staff that is friendly and actually listens to customers!
Everything was done on time and correctly. Churos are not very good, though.

One of the better Subway locations. This one and the one in Milford have the best service. My father in law has his sub every Friday and some even know the order by heart! Great Staff!
