This place has gone to shits,they have a bunch of young people there that dont care to serve you and trick you out of your money they are rude and disrespectful you can tell they are not experienced to do hospitality work i will never go there again! They need to shut that down and put something else there thank god mcdonalds coming to town

Worst subway experience ever. The morning shift is ok but tonight, the two kids working didn't care at all. They weren't friendly at all. Clearly they both didn't want to be at work. Disappointed. And the credit card machine asks for me to add a tip.. here's a tip, hire staff that is friendly and actually listens to customers!

Stopped at Subway, Friday 10/13/2023 for a quick meal. This location was spotless! All three employees were very nice, professional, friendly, providing fast service. I was the only one that was dining in the shop, but lots of foot traffic. Some coming in just for pick up orders, some placing take out orders. Everyone coming in was greeted by the polite employees. Will definitely make Milford Subway one of my go to fast food restaurants.
Polite employees...But $13 for a 12-in? And then they asked for a tip on top of that? I will not be returning here. Pay your workers a living wage!
