We've come here for years and have always enjoyed the space, the food, and the experience. Recently the level of service has declined as has the quality control. For two of the salads we ordered, both were missing toppings. My brunch entree was also missing toast. When this was noted to the server (after a while as the server wasn't checking in very often) we were told that one of the ingredients was oos. We could have been notified of that when ordering. Nothing else...
Crab cakes were gnarly little things. One was burned. Shoestring fries were were not discernably potato. Lamb chops were missing the squash that was on the menu. Place is so inconsistent.
We had a lovely birthday dinner at Krazy Kat. The chicken soup, was so so good. And the crusted chicken breast lovely. Scallops cooked to perfection with pureed peas. Service could not have been better! And the music was toned down to a comfortable level. We could hear each other talk without shouting. Ambience was wonderful all around.
