I had a gift card of $25 that I received from Fetch and this happened 6/23. The court has no expiration date. Call the company to let them know that I couldn’t use it but when they checked, the card was used so they got $25 of the gift card and also got $25 cash. I don’t know how they got it set up that they don’t except Fetch’s reward cards. Be careful, here’s a picture of the reward gift card and as you see it, it has not been used yet on my end so I don’t know how they were able to get $25. I guess it’s the way they have their system set up and not to accept certain cards from certain groups.

Applebee's has fallen off. Its more a miss than a hit here. Spinach Dip had no taste. Boneless wings were cooked to hard and the drinks were not good. Thumbs all the way down. This time the Quesidilla was good, but sometimes its not.

My family and I love this location. The staff are super friendly and welcoming even when they are busy with other tables. We usually make it in time for a late dinner after work(9pm-10:30pm), and they have been always helpful.
The Manager on duty (Christian) is awesome! His attentiveness and helpful makes our experience every time we visit amazing. We notice he is often on the floor helping out and running food out. It’s very refreshing to see it.
Food is always good, drinks amazing! We usually bring parties over 6 people, sometimes 4 people or just a pair for dinner. Even with the overwhelming numbers, they are quick to accommodate us.
10/10 would definitely recommend!

All I can say is wow! Not in a good way. We haven't been to Applebees in years and I know why now. The drinks are water down,and the beer was at the end of the keg. Was terrible. My wife got a salad with the wrong dressing. When said something was wrong,just got oops sorry. Then nothing. I got all you can eat shrimp. They must count how many you get cause I only got 6 shrimp. When I put a reorder in it took a half hour and I got a small plate of 4 shrimp. At this point I just said I want the check and we left. At least the bar tender took off the beer. The service was terrible. If you get a bartender named Jennifer expect water down drinks. We weren't the only one today complaining about there drinks being to sweet or watery. The positive note was clean inside. Place wasn't packed or busy. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO WAFFLE HOUSE OR WAWA EVEN 7-11 Will be better than here. Very disappointed

I haven’t been to Apple bees in a long time but the service here was terrible !!! So when we first came it wasn’t that many people but they had 3-4 hosts just hanging out at the front. We were seated however we sat there for about 15 minutes before someone came over to us (again the restaurant wasn’t even crowded). Im telling my dad we should just leave but before we provided to leave the waitress comes. She says nobody told he that she had a table.
She takes out drink orders and then that takes about another 10 minutes….for drinks….My dad ordered a coffee and his coffee was warm not hot. The waitress never came back to check on us at all….my dad saw her helping other people and could not get her attention but not once did she ever come by and check on us to see if we were okay or if we needed a refill.
Eventually he had to ask someone if they could get her because this lady literally never came back to our table . When she finally came she seemed lien she had a little attitude idk and she took his coffee back for a fresh one. She brought the fresh one out and again…disappeared never checked on us again . The next time she came out was to bring out the kids meals but that was it. They got their meals and we waited for our meals to come which a gentleman brought out …again her never checking on us .
When we got our food the fries were like room temperature not fresh. She never came back so my dad again has to send someone to find her. She says she will get us fresh fries and left. By the time she came back I noticed the fries I had , had HAIR in it! I informed her as she was bringing hot fries and I guess she informed the manager because she still took awhile To even Check on us and by the time she did she let me know.
The manager comes over and apologizes and said a fresh plate is being made and he was going to bring it to me personally. He was a kind man but at that point I was over the whole experience. When he brought out my plate my dad asked for a round of the endless shrimp. That ordered was placed by the manager (the actual waitress still never came back to check on us at all). Finally the waitress brings the plate but just shrimp and not the fries. The shrimp was nice and hot but it’s unlimited shrimp and fries. I just asked my dad if we can wrap it up because it was the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. I also said we should have left when nobody even came to us and the restaurant wasn’t even crowded. Needless to say I will not be back to this location .
To be a waitress and knowing your tips are based off of service and to have bad customer service is interesting.

My sister and I were running around in Delaware with our kids and we decided it was time for lunch and relax. We stopped here for the first time and it was SUPPER. Our server, Marlon, was AMAZING! He remembered our 6 orders without any notes and he was supper attentive. He even made our kids feel great. Please stop by this location and ask for Marlon.
