This location is always hit or miss and they’ve been a miss the last few times I’ve come. I always get a car side to go order. Today was the worst that it’s been. I had to call twice when I parked because no one answered the first time, even though I could see people standing around talking near the phone that was ringing. 3 waitresses to be exact and the restaurant was basically empty, it’s kind of late. I waited a few minutes then called again and one of them answered. Although the app said my food was ready 15 minutes ago, it took them 10 minutes to bring it out after the second phone call. I get my food but she forgot my drink. She brings the drink but no straw. At this point I’ve been waiting for almost 20 minutes so I just wanted to leave. I get home and there’s no utensils, no napkins and no condiments at all. (Usually there’s salt, pepper and A1 sauce for my steak. I get the same exact thing every time) To top it all off, my fries were stale 🥲 safe to say tonight was my last time going to this location. I will gladly drive the extra 6 minutes to the location on churchmans rd from now on.

Usually there is no complaint! I genuinely like it here but tonight I ordered a steak and yes I could be bugging but I don’t think I am. I cut my steak and went to eat it but when cutting it seemed harder then usual so I pulled it apart and saw this long thing dangling an I pulled it out and it looks like a worm. I genuinely don’t know what to do.

I had a gift card of $25 that I received from Fetch and this happened 6/23. The court has no expiration date. Call the company to let them know that I couldn’t use it but when they checked, the card was used so they got $25 of the gift card and also got $25 cash. I don’t know how they got it set up that they don’t except Fetch’s reward cards. Be careful, here’s a picture of the reward gift card and as you see it, it has not been used yet on my end so I don’t know how they were able to get $25. I guess it’s the way they have their system set up and not to accept certain cards from certain groups.

I found a pice of hair in my chicken sandwich. My plate had food crust from not being washed fully. The service is so bad they barely came and check on the table.
