My server was terrible. She got my food order wrong, and it took forever to get my drink, which was water. The food tasted good after I had to send back my overcooked broccoli

I really try to give places and employees the benefit of the doubt before I leave a negative review. Maybe short staffed, busy, normal human error, whatever. I mean, we are all human. But legitimately EVERY SINGLE TIME we order from here, take out specifically, there is ALWAYS something missing from our order. One time they forgot my husbands ENTIRE MEAL! This evening they forgot ALL of our drinks and then apparently goes into the kitchen and yells at the staff asking why they didn’t tell her the order had drinks. I’m sorry, but you can read the receipt right? My husband also told her that I had garlic mashed potatoes, not French fries and she replies oh okay. My husband needed to ask for what I had already ordered. I get it, people can be awful but this is YOUR job. If you don’t want to do it, then find another job, otherwise, do your job. It really isn’t difficult. I have worked in service my whole life, it really isn’t hard to do your job well. Please get your act together. This shouldn’t happen with every order.

The bourbon street chicken and shrimp I ordered for my girlfriend was overly seasoned and barely edible. The garlic Mashed potatoes were straight up terrible. Called to let the store manager know and was brushed off like it didnt matter. Don't go here, the food and drinks were late coming out as well.

I tried to dine in last night after the mrg Judi called my husband into work. He never works Wednesdays every time he ask for overtime and offers to come in they turn him down. Out of no where they said they put him on the schedule for yesterday without confirming with him if he is available. So he decided to come into work after receiving the call. I decided to bring the kids in to eat since we was leaving where we was at. We get there the host was very helpful I told her my son was sleeping so we sat in the bigger tables outside the bar area. The host also told me it was a hour wait at the seats we was sitting at, I said I was willing to wait. This kind server came over and decided to take our order only to find out Judi was now sending my husband home after he already started working and my order was just already placed. So I paid the server 10$cash app to settle out. But I didn't get the bartenders name last night but I found out she made a big stink about taking my order I wonder why.... she wasn't overwhelmed and had just taken a order for ladies sitting right next to me. I told her whenever she was ready to take my order I was ready as well. But the server that did take my order out of her section I gave her 10$ even tho we was now leaving . Cece was the name on cash app. She was so sweet and kind and I wish I could have finished I would have tipped her more. I'll def be back in to ask to sit with her! Before changing management from Khalid to who they have in now we used to spend alot of money eating in here, and tipping the staff! Now a days it's do I really want to even go in there to eat ..... outside of the server and host the Aura was off ! No communication and they really need to get it together. This is not how this Applebee's used to be ran !Kid-friendliness: This place is usually kid friendly I don't know what happened with last night before changing management we used to come in a lot ! .... Says a lot about a place and environment when you now only come in on holidays to eat there maybe...

The staff sat around talking instead of attending on us we waited almost a whole hour for drinks for alcohol as well as children's drinks, All of the appetizers we got were burnt and not hot as well as not ordered as we had asked for, on top of that dinners and sides or not giving correctly food was majorly cold to where we couldn't even eat it this place does not care about his customers and all the staff does is ignore you horrible horrible place to take a family

This place is absolutely horrible..They never have staff here. The service is horrible.. The management absolutely garbage. The GM is very weird just stares at people eating. I have watched on several occasions the Management talk to staff about other employees including the General Manager has done this in more than one occasion. I think his name is Chrissy...I am a Newcastle native and have been in the area for years. When the store was run by Sam it was great place to come to. I would bring my whole family in and extended family would also come during karaoke. Just really changed. The only good thing I can say about it is they have a few bartenders that have been there for years and give you great service. Funny thing is I don't drink but sit at the bar always when my family is not with me. All I can say is DO BETTER MANAGEMENT!! It's all customer service......

Went there for lunch. It wasnt terribly busy. We sat waitress came up took drink order came back took app and lunch order delievered. Nothing good or bad stood out. I had the impossible burger my wife had the Chicken Penne. The only odd ball thing was my wife got a non sweet ice tea and asked for sweetner and the waitress made her ask specifally which sweetner she wanted. Also i asked for mayo and got a mayo packet.
