I don’t normally write reviews but I feel like I had to in order to help the next person. I had to get my room changed 3 times because the room wasn’t cleaned had dirty sheets and smelled like mold or mildew. I would never stay here again in my life. The front desk people are rude and act like it’s an inconvenience because they didn’t clean the room. They don’t mop the floors all they do is sweep. The place is just nasty. Please do not trust these good reviews. I stayed here. They don’t even wash the sheets.

Upon checking in at approximately 7:30pm on June 17, 2022, the foreign speaking, unfriendly, female desk clerk had difficulty communicating effectively with us. We requested a non-smoking room. We had driven 10 hours from Massachusetts. We were directed to enter the building through a door which led us into a very dark stairwell to the second floor. When we reached our room (#215), the room across the hall was occupied by several loud people. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke as well as wreaked of marijuana. The marijuana was coming into our room by way of the connecting door to the adjacent room. We also found a pair of ladies black slacks on the back of the bathroom door. At approximately 9:00PM, VERY, VERY LOUD MUSIC started playing. It was SO Loud that our room was vibrating!! The music Continued Playing until 2:30AM!! We NEVER slept that night. We checked out at 6:35AM . The foreign speaking, unfriendly, male desk clerk, did not want to voluntarily give me receipt. He acted as if he did not know how to print a receipt. I patiently waited until he gave me a receipt. This was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I hope Never to stay in a Red Roof Inn again.

Rude staff, bare bones room, old linoleum floor, not enough pillows for a king size bed, not enough towels for 2 people. Old interior hallways, very dim looking and exterior unkempt. I would rather sleep in my car than rest my head in this Red Roof.

Management never responded to cancelation request due to COVID. I contacted the inept service desk 3 times and each time I was promised a return call. Booking.com contacted them twice, again without any response. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

This place is terrible the Curtin was riped the tv broke and the man was a terrible person and it is haunted and the breakfast was so nasty the room smelled like weed and they was making alot of noise

I often stay at Red Roofs and most are newly renovated, clean, with a fridge/microwave in every room. This property is much more dated, and while the rooms may have been renovated "somewhat" recently they didn't seem clean, one bed lacked a mattress pad, the beds felt and sounded "springy". The sink was clogged completely once I ran some water in it. The toilet seat was loose. Shower looked old. I didn't see any signs of bugs, but overall the place just felt like nobody had even wiped it down. The hallways and doors had a lot of wear and tear damage and were quite dark. The lobby was nice which was a bit deceiving. Front desk staff was friendly.

This was bearable for one night because I was too tired to keep driving. The hallways and my room were quite dated, didn't feel clean and the security was severely lacking. The exit doors were all propped open with rocks by people going in and out to smoke. Didn't care about the smoking but really didn't feel safe with the doors being open 24/7. The people across the hall from me had a very vicious medium sized dog who tried to attack anyone and any creature he got near. Owners had to keep grabbing and holding it. Pool was closed which seems ridiculous in August. Glad I didn't have a room on the back side of the hotel as there was a large group having a noisy party. I didn't complain about anything because the front desk person was a young woman who seemed to be alone and I'm sure she would have been as afraid to confront the "guests" as I was. Used my free night here, what a waste. Very happy I had my big dog with me - he's afraid of his own shadow but looks intimidating because of his size.

1st room = strong urine smell AND no mattresses on bed!! 2nd room = dead bugs on floor, shabby, super rusty rack that held the 2 well worn towels, mold in corners of shower stall and a few other yucky things. I've got pix. Decided to leave. DID NOT YET GET REFUND which amounts to over $200!!

Believe the negative reviews you see, this place is disgusting, cleaning staff was rude, place was scuzzy and provided 1 towel and washcloth, i would have been better off pitching a tent in the park! stay away!

Even if you're tired, like we were, so so tired. We didn't think it could be as bad as the reviews said- all we needed was to sleep for a few hours. My dad made a list: wall was dirty with soda/dirt, hole in the bedding, light wasn't working, A/C and heater was outdated, falling apart, staff was so rude, 2 small washcloths and one towel was in the room for two people, toilet seat was worn down, TV remote wasn't working, disgusting bathtub and shower- we didn't even use it. Do not stay here.

Went here for dinner last night super hungry. There was only one waitress the entire time we were there . Slow service . Lots of ppl at bar. I ordered a chicken sandwich. Gross. I just ate half the bun. The chicken was so hard .and tasted weird . Felt like I was gonna throw up. Ordered cajan fries n got regular fries. Waitress never came back to check. How can she . One Person n like 10 tables plus folks at bar . never going back. Waste of my $12.
