Ironically I have never been inside this location. My husband always picks up the food. Upon picking up my order the staff was friendly, my food was ready when I arrived. I left so fast I forgot my drink and didn't realize until I made it home. I called and they said I could come back. The lady said I had left before they had a chance to give me my drink and I told her that's exactly what happened. I appreciate them not having the drink waiting for me because it would've been watered down by the time I arrived. When I came back I reassured the lady it was my fault. She was very nice. It's refreshing to see and interact with kind people. Keep up the great work guys!

After tonight and giving this restaurant chance after chance, I think it’s time to speak up. I’ve been going to this BK not only for myself/my family, but as a Doordash deliver driver, for a very long time. Every employee I’ve ever spoken to has been extremely rude and disrespectful from a customer service standpoint. When I order from the counter inside, it takes a few minutes to get someone’s attention. When I place orders in the drive-thru, it takes minutes for someone to answer and they don’t place the order correctly. “Can I please have a number nine?” (Rings up a number three) “Can you make sure that’s a chicken sandwich meal, it’s not right on the screen” and the employee goes back and forth about that we asked for. The worker tells us to pull up to the second window…we do…and then gives us the hand motion of “get to the back” with his thumb. We reverse, no one is at the first window to take our payment. So we pull forward again and hear someone yell out the window “HELLO?” The window finally opens for payment and the worker is complaining about being tired and can’t wait to get off. While doing a DoorDash order a few weeks ago, I had 2 orders to pick up. The lobby was not busy at all but they were working on online pickup orders it seems. I sat there for a half hour. Someone employed here (that was off the clock in their house clothes) came in and started working on the orders with them. I don’t know what’s going on with this restaurant, but it’s a bad experience every time. It feels like the customers are an inconvenience to their time. I’ll be taking my business to another BK.

First off the vehicle in front of me had to honk to get service. My chicken wrap wasn't wrap, the onion rings under cooked couldn't eat those, and the double cheese burger was put together horribly. And this is with the GM there.

I've never actually eaten at this location. This five star review is based entirely upon the dumpster adjacent to the restaurant. For somebody returning home from work on foot, it provides a semi-discreet location to relieve the bladder. Far from ideal, but close enough. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, but it seems that the bottom of my heart is too far away for me to reach currently. In light of that, please accept my thanks from the middle region of my heart.

The person on the front desk who is receiving the customer and taking the orders is not behaving polite and being rude and make us wait for a long time by not preparing the food and if we ask what happened , he is like if you want the refund you can take.

We had a great experience at this BK this morning. The restaurant was clean and orderly, set up nicely with “crowns” on each table, the bathrooms were freshly cleaned. The service was amazing. We didn’t catch his name, but a super nice gentleman took our order, he was friendly and attentive. He made our 3 YO daughter feel so special. The food came out fast and hot and the whole experience was top notch! Definitely more than we were expecting when we stopped.

Disgusting! I have ordered here quite a few times and if they don’t mess up the order, they give you stale bread, or food that is clearly not fresh and instead of giving a refund, they will credit your account so you are in a wrap around process of getting crappy food and service. It’s ridiculous. Now I know why BK has been struggling for so long.

Came to the restaurant 20 minutes before close. No one answered the speaker so when I pulled around someone ducked behind the counter and when I went back to the speaker they still wouldn’t answer. there was another car in line also.
