We had a great experience at this BK this morning. The restaurant was clean and orderly, set up nicely with “crowns” on each table, the bathrooms were freshly cleaned. The service was amazing. We didn’t catch his name, but a super nice gentleman took our order, he was friendly and attentive. He made our 3 YO daughter feel so special. The food came out fast and hot and the whole experience was top notch! Definitely more than we were expecting when we stopped.

Disgusting! I have ordered here quite a few times and if they don’t mess up the order, they give you stale bread, or food that is clearly not fresh and instead of giving a refund, they will credit your account so you are in a wrap around process of getting crappy food and service. It’s ridiculous. Now I know why BK has been struggling for so long.

Came to the restaurant 20 minutes before close. No one answered the speaker so when I pulled around someone ducked behind the counter and when I went back to the speaker they still wouldn’t answer. there was another car in line also.

On 8-28-2024 at 6 pm my husband placed an order on the phone for chicken strips , nuggets and 2 burgers but after reaching home we found out that there was just 1 Burger inside instead of 2 rest all was fine ,so he drove back and the Manager was so rude and called the cops on him , we are reputed people and the cops knew us and they know way we work . So they have asked her to give a refund let’s see when does she process a refunds ,but she is not fit for the job because her costumer service is zero she needs to be fired . What a shame that the 1530 DuPont highway New Castle Burger King call has her as a manager .Learn to recognize and trust people .How do I grade her I wish there was zero star which she could wear everyday.

Place sucks. Employees suck. Maybe just the night staff. Don’t care about you or your food. There’s literally a Burger King down the street. Only a 2 minute drive and 10x better

this has to be the strangest place ive ever stepped into….like no joke this is a twilight zone burger king ….it was like a scene from a scary movie from the creepy litterally crazed zombie like employees to the terrible food….ITS BURGER KING!!! Like I cant wrap my head around it! Take this as a real warning as I dont write reviews like at all! Owner shoud check the camera today at 1:49 when i paid for my order and then left WITHOUT my order at 2:11 i didnt even ask for my $14 back! Receipts are time stamped! Seriously stay away.
