December 2,2025 4:50 pm drive thru has 3 cars in front of me a voice said they were backed up and I'd have to wait for them to take my order. After 7 minutes they took my order. My food took another 9 minutes. 16 minutes in a drive thru with minimal cars in front of me is crazy!

Had one of the best Burger King experiences here today. Service in the drive thru was polite and patient. Pulled around and the friendly service continued. I was served quickly. The food was fresh and hot. It came out of the wrapper put together like it was meant for a commercial. I was offered ketchup and other condiments. The restaurant looked clean inside and out and the employees looked to be focused on the task at hand. What a refreshing visit. I hope they keep it up! Thanks to the crew working around 330 on 11/26!!

Big improvement from 4 years ago. Today I came in around 2:30, order #12. The cashier, was friendly and my order was up within 5 minutes. Order was exactly how I asked

There was bugs in my food and also hairs and the employees were extremely rude and the vibe just felt off and also i called to complain ab the horrible food and first call they were nice about but they just gave me free medium fries and I called agian because i was with my friends and the same things happened to her and then they were just rude so we called agian and they hung up on us and a girl took the phone and said “YUP YUP YUP” and hung up and one last thing is that the employees rushed making the food and they had no caps on for your hair so I can tell why the food was extremely hairy and they were no caps for the beard ethier and had NO GLOVES ON…. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL HORRIBLE EVERYTHING (forgot to mention the the calls were on camera so i have proof of this nonsense)

I love coming here with my sons and husband, but an employee constantly approaches our table to discuss politics while we’re eating, making it uncomfortable and ruining our family time. The store is often dirty, and staff don’t seem to keep up with basic cleaning. Combined with the political harassment, it feels like non-Republican customers aren’t welcome. I’m extremely disappointed and will take my business elsewhere. I hope management addresses this immediately.

Not a coincidence that this location has approximately zero customers at all hours of the day.... That is your warning. I should have listened and I regret that I did not. So, now I am telling you. I know this isnt Michelin star food we are talking about here, but my chicken (OCS and nuggets) were both literally dry and rock hard. This food is so obviously being held *hours* past proper hold time; anyone who has worked in food service for 2 weeks knows this. It tastes like absolute trash -- where it belongs-- and this is how you make people sick. Not to mention, the sandwich looked like it was slapped together and bathed in mayonnaise by a blind man with no hands. The entire meal was inedible, thats how bad it was. I was absolutely starving and even I couldn't stomach it. What the hell happened to this brand; I used to love BK.

When they say open to 4am they should stay open till 4am. I was there at 3:45 Am sat at the drive thru. No body ! Pulled up to the window. Saw someone in there they saw me and turned the lights off
