The food was disgusting. There was no one in the drive thru lane, I wanted at least 4-5 to receive my order, which wasn't hot or fresh. The onion rings weren't eatable, and the whooper Jr burger, well, I leave it to your imagination. The inside was completely empty of patrons, so I don't understand why I didn't receive fresher food. Huge disappointment.

Service is always pleasant and I had a problem with the burger king app and they was able to help meParking: They just added a new median in the middle of the parking lot and I suggest they should put a sign there due to the fact that customers that are used to the old parking lot could run into it like I did cuz I didn't realize that they put a curb there in the middle of the parking lot and I didn't see it until I hit it.

The cashier was pleasant. I found hair in my burger&took it back. None of the employees had hairnets on. I spoke to manager Roger to ask why no one had hairnets on or beard nets either&he said they are not required to. I said that long as you work around food especially preparing it suppose to have 1 on. He then said in state of Delaware they are not required to. I'm pretty sure it's a health code requirement. Always watch employees make food take gloves off and go do other things not washing their hands. Also employees are on their phones standing around. Definitely glad I don't live here so I don't ever have to eat here again
