Hands down the best Mexican restaurant. Ornalfo is absolutely professional and an amazing server. Very courteous and fast. The restaurant itself has a nice vibe and I absolutely love the music. They have a special just about everyday. I go for taco Tuesday and margaritas are delicious. I've tried many cuisines. Shrimp cocktail tons of shrimp and has great flavor, shrimp quesadilla, empanadas, can't think of the pork dish that has marinated pork(Cochinita) with this delicious spicy heated flavor. Let me start by saying the service was very slow. I waited over 25 minutes to get a drink. Let me throw a little excerpt in, only 6 people were in the establishment at this time. Secondly, I ordered chimichanga. The avocado slices were mostly black, and the food overall was very cold. I asked for another plate and was told we don't take back food. Ok, then throw it away or whatever you need to do, and I'll give it another try. I was met with no no no sir, just leave. What kind of establishment blames the customer for their shortcomings? Instead of getting me another plate, which I was taking a chance of trusting, they wouldn't do anything shifty to my food, I was told to leave. Stay away from this place at all costs. They don't have any ethical or moral standards, much less any customer service skills.

I like eating here especially on Tuesdays but I wish the servers would be more attentive. They’ll disappear so it’s hard to order more or get your check once you’re done. I had a waitress who gave me options on the Margaritas. Frozen or rocks, salt or sugar. But when I went again, this other server didn’t list those options out for my friends who were new to the restaurant so if I wouldn’t have remembered then my friends were gonna get whatever she assumed we wanted. I like the place but I guess it depends on who your server is.

I’ve enjoyed the numerous times I’ve gone at night when it is more like a nightclub with live bands or dj & dancing. Sometimes it’s very crowded and difficult to get to the bar to be served, especially by the female bartenders. The kitchen stays open late for food and I really liked the whole fish made with garlic. Today was my 1st time having lunch, and I had the Taco Tuesday special, 3 tacos for only $5!!!! I ordered the carnitas (shredded pork) and suadero (shredded beef) and they were very good and not dry. The male server had a little difficulty with English but the female server followed up and everything came out correct.

this is some of the best food I’ve ever had in my entire life, and I do not use that statement lately. The service was excellent. The food was so fresh. It was amazing. My daughter is sitting across from me about to slip into a food coma, still trying to order more. If you want the authentic, come here.

Tried to get into their night club (I'm non Hispanic) and they up-charged me and my friends $30 a person because we aren't Hispanic. This is a racist establishment! I obviously refused to pay that, went outside, and asked a Hispanic patron if they've ever been charged $30 a person to get in - and they said no. So I know that this was intentional and targeted because of our race. Nobody is paying $30 to get into a crusty, dusty, hole in the wall on Basin RD... get real. Female staff person collecting the cover charges was rude & acted like Regina George from Mean Girls.
