I ordered some food that included an egg roll when I got home there’s no egg roll in the bag. I called the owner and explained that I was missing the egg roll. She insisted that she put it in the bag and told me to look around the house for my missing egg roll. Keep in mind that I order at least 2 times a week from them. She insisted that the egg roll was in the bag. No matter what I said it didn’t matter. I explained to her that I didn’t try to cheat her out of an egg roll that probably cost her .50 cents, no matter what I said it didn’t change her mint and she hung up on me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Overall the food is good, but the lady who takes the orders is extremely rude, unprofessional, nasty and never heard the words "thank you" prior to leaving. I guess she thinks because she's the only Chinese restaurant in that immediate area, she can treat paying customers that way... Everyone I know that has been there says the same exact thing about her and everyone feels bad for her husband who has to deal with her nasty attitude regularly! She needs to take a class on how to provide customer service and how to be nice. Maybe where she's from, this is a normal but not in the U.S.A. A "hello" and a "thank you", would be nice!

Rude people !!11am They are close !! How is that possible for people who needs their Lunch ! Open late closes early.Please go there with cash ?Or , they will charge you $3 extra. For using your card. They have a minimum of $ to use for the use of a credit, debit card. They will turn you away for a PENNY !!Hello, we are in 2017 there's Lot's of other providers out there that does not charge you a high fee for each transaction under $10, or 20 !Example I use square.Change your attitude, policy on card. or, you will not last long. Most people use their ?. Im just saying ? I'm not a cash carrier. I love to swipe instead.

They charged me $8 for this! Its in a hamburger container and only 2 shrimp no sauce and when I saw the container I said I didn't want it and she refused to give my money back and pushed out the food. Then yelled don't come back as im walking out the door? Never again and it doesn't taste good. Very sweet for shrimp and broccoli
