Slow/unfriendly service, below average protein scoop, cold dining room, dirty tables and no water cups for the kids. Everything else typical chipotle.

Dont go to the New Castle, Delaware location. Horrible service! Jason (cashier) is very unprofessional using the f word at me multiple times in front of a line of customers as I tried to explain that he had overcharged me..33.00 for 2 carnita burritos after I returned back to location because I felt something was incorrect and he never gave a receipt. When i originally pd I told him wow for 2 burritos and 1 with dbl meat for free with rewards? I ended up getting my refund back but definitely cldve been handled more professionally had it been an older adult there managing. He was glad to hand me the managers card like ge did nothing wrong. As long as he continues to work there, I will not be back to this location.

It’s seems like whenever I go to this location anymore it’s dirty from the floor and tables to the bathrooms. They are always out of stock or running low on ingredients to make the orders. This trip I started my order with rice and beans when i ordered steak I was told it would be 10-12 minutes. I said ok I’ll wait 15 minutes later it was ready. The employee tried to give me the same rice and beans that she put aside 15 minutes ago. I told her NO I want fresh it’s not my fault it sat there and got cold. She had a bad attitude and was going to try and charge me for a side of rice and beans. What a joke. Chipotle you need to do better.

I don’t know if the staff or new or whatever but I ordered online and they put an incorrect order inside the bag with the correct name so I could not get a refund from doordash unfortunately. I went to the store to get a remake and should have checked but they still made my order incorrectly. Please maybe hire people with more competence.

We took our whole team to Chipotle and it was fabulous. The food was so flavorful and the service was so quick. Whoever is working there now has the restaurants best interest at heart.
