No free water at this Chipotle! This is the first Chipotle I've ever been to where they wouldn't give you a cup for water. They force you here to buy a drink, I just want water though. Never coming back to this one.

3/4 of the tables have food all over them. Food all over the ground. Unclean. Would not provide a cup for tap water “we’re not doing that today, but you can buy a bottle”

Bathroom locked and when you ask for the code you get eye rolled.

All chipotles are like this and while I like the food, for the price they charge the service is terrible.

If you are looking for a rice and bean burrito with a hint of chicken then this is the place for you. I'm pretty sure you could find more meat at a vegan restaurant

This Chipotle is the worse. Asked for 1/2 Chicken and half steak, chicken was old and she scraped the bowl to get remaining pieces out instead of refilling. Mind you this was at lunch time. And she barely portioned out steak. When asking to get a little more she litterally gave me two pieces. And thought she was being generous. I’m mad I paid $14 for this trash. I mad at myself for not leaving it on the counter.

Had a problem getting service on a New Product. Whole Crew of Team Members looked at each other .. denied me to sample New Product on Menu ... Forcing me to make a choice on something I didn't know about .. after incident.. team members Slopped My Food in container.. Whole Front Line Workers were VERY RUDE !!! After Getting home .. the Bowl is made was SOO SPICY !! And All My Food Was Just thrown into the Bowl like I was a Pig 🐖 eating from a SLOP BUCKET !!! SMDH !! Management Needs To Get With the Crew Team & Get it Right or get a NEW CREW !!! BAD... BAD SERVICE & CUSTOMER SERVICE... REPLACE THEM ALL !! U WILL GET MORE BUSINESS !! I SHOULD BE REIMBURSED FOR MY FOOD & AGGERVATION !! ALWAYS KEEP UR RECEIPT... THERE IS ALOT .. FAVORITISM !!!

It was about 6 and all of the meat was low .. seems to me they would start cooking more at half way point .. told me it would be about a 20 min wait for some beef to be done .. NONE of the meat dishes were full
