I ordered a burrito offline and I recieved the smallest burrito I've ever gotten from chipotle. I can't believe I payed $13 for a taco bell sized burrito. I'm absolutely livid. I'm so hungry and I got a burrito the size of my hand (I have small hands).
Also, they gave me mostly fat chunks from the barbacoa in my burrito.
I overplayed severely for this burrito and I'm not happy. I'm never coming here again, ever.
I want my money back.

I walked into this placed two times this week . First time I went to place an order and there was no fresh rice , no onions & peppers at 8:30pm. I asked the staff are they going to put out more since they don’t close until 11pm I was told no .. I walked out . Went back again today … stood in line and watched them give everyone basically double portions without charging them extra .I finally go to place my order and I was given a half scoop of chicken ( I should’ve taken a picture ) … I asked for a full scoop and was told I would be charged double. Don’t even waste your time going here the attitudes are TERRIBLE and they want to give you SCRAPS basically smh .

It's difficult to write because I really enjoyed the food and service here, but it seems like the employees have been beat down to the point where they don't want to be there at all. Along with a substantial drop in serving sizes, this Chipotle has seen better days.

Definitely reporting to the BBB and Aldi the health department. THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO DHUT DOWN! This places reviews speak for itself. I’m not understanding why they’re not giving the quality problem if so many people are complaining. Reports of bowls and tacos half full with missing items. And personally , for my order, half full would be an understatement. The franchise really needs to shut this location down or fire everyone and just start fresh. Besides the service, the quality of the food is really going to make someone sick. And when it does I sincerely hope that person sues

Staff is disrespectful and have attitude like I forced them to work at a chipotle at there big age acting like they don’t wanna work there but they applied there and knew what they was signing up for and just lazy I had an Oder for two burritos and only gave me one and left the sticker that goes for the other burrito I was supposed to get in the bag

Had to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in Chipotle. The manager on duty was condescending, arrogant and completely disrespectful to almost every customer he encountered. He did not properly greet us and acted as if we owed him something. To top it off we were served RAW CHICKEN !!!

I walked in and there was like 2 people ahead of me in line, so as I walk up and one of the employees that’s getting ready to help with my order is putting his glove on and I say “hello” I would like some rice and beans but I wasn’t specific what I was getting but the way he said “what am I putting it in?” The tone in which he asked me was so rude, he looked at me up and down like I just did something wrong. I just politely said never mind and walked out. What a rude way to talk to a paying customer.

The staff here is so rude. The gentleman that does the to go orders is extremely rude. Not sure what his problem is. The place is also a mess. I rather drive to Bear. It's a shame because it's convenient. Do the managers read these reviews???? Or do they repost the same reply?

Just left with my husband. We stood there for 3 minutes and no one greeted us. It was five employees walking around exchanging words with each other but we didn’t exist. The protein was scarce so before ordering (when someone decided to notice us) i asked if more would be made. The answer was no. Says the closing time of the store is 11pm but wasn’t making anymore food. Interesting. I know not to come back in the future. Professionalism thumbs down. Attitudes were terrible.

When I bit into my burrito, there were hard pieces of plastic or wood in it…thankfully, I didn’t swallow that! Also, the men don’t wear beard nets when making your food and one of the staff members BURPED near the food…I’m not kidding. The ONLY reason this review is getting 2 stars instead of just 1 star, is because there was some great customer service from most of the employees, but they need to do a better job of food safety at this location—not good at all.
