Pls never order catering from this place. They don’t understand the importance of keeping to time and their communication is non existent. Considering how bad my experience was with catering, they shouldn’t offer it as a service.

i placed a mobile order at 8pm for pickup around 8:10pm. we arrive right before 8:10 and I understand pickup times vary based on how busy a restaurant is, but my bf asked for my order once, the guy said my name then said “oh” and ig continued making orders. he didn’t make my order until around 8:30pm when my bf asked for it again. my boyfriend was standing there for 20 minutes waiting for my order. the food station was very messy so that was concerning. they were out of guac and every time i have come here, the chips are either stale or very brown/burnt tasting, but i wanted to give them another try. waiting 20 minutes and having to prompt them to make my mobile order is what killed it. i knew we should’ve just went to the pulaski highway chipotle instead. please get better value for your money and drive to the mall or pulaski highway

This is the worst chipotle in de and will never come to this location again! First they always try to give you leftover scraps instead of replacing the chicken and steak containers. The 2 black girls there tonight need to learn how to communicate and not look like a deer in headlights! I’m very upset with the service it was terrible‼️ I needed sour cream yet the couple behind me somehow end up getting it while the girl takes her time gettin rid of the empty one which the other girl should have done being I was waiting on the sour cream‼️ they need to train their workers on better customer service and not just jumping over ppl still waiting on their food‼️

Steak wasn’t ready when I came in. They said it would take 3 minutes to get ready, and it took 10. Orders got mixed up even though they were given CLEAR directions. And they gave attitude (eye rolling) when corrected about the mistake. Will NEVER go to this Chipotle again. We live right down the street and this has happened MULTIPLE times

The lady working the register at 8pm on 2/3 is a horrible cashier. When I arrived the line was so long because she did not know how to use the register. Then, I asked for a receipt after my transaction went through and she lied and said it was in my bag. I knew she was lying because the bag was closed up before my transaction was complete. Receipts are only printed after transactions are complete. I told her…after checking (to be sure), that the receipt wasn’t there she insisted it was. No integrity.

i went in there this morning , no one greeted me when I walked in. Everybody had attitudes. terrible service. I asked the black lady with the small bun a question she looked me dead in my face, and then turned around and never answered me just staring at me. and there was a Hispanic guy that took my order after that, and he was very aggressive with his words and loud, not friendly at all.

Worst chipotle experience. Arrive during lunch. Out of all protein. Makes no sense during peak hours. Staff was very rude. Advised no dressing for salad. Manager went in back and magically found dressing. Everyone there seems very lazy and not taking their job seriously.finally get my food. Beans are hard and not cooked through. Will not return.

I don’t understand all the 1 stars. I’m from nyc and I stopped here on the way to ocean beach and this was the best chipotle I’ve ever had. In nyc they are usually stingy and overcooked. Here they gave Generous portions and everything was fresh and staffs were very friendly.

Unsafe for Young Children — My wife and young baby were passing through and needed to stop somewhere and came here because the Chick-fil-A next door was closed for New Years Day. The music (a pulsating, bass-heavy playlist) was so incredibly loud we could barely hear one another. I measured the decibels at more than 90, and this was AFTER asking the staff to turn down the music. Meanwhile, the CDC recommends a volume of 60 dB for children under one year.If you have an infant, go elsewhere.If you want to talk to the other people in your party, go elsewhere.

It's stupid that they tell you if you want a quesadilla you can only do it online... it's the worst nonsense I've ever heard if you don't want to sell, close that place or change all your employees...... GET IN ORDER IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB, GET ANOTHER ONE.
