I have went here for the last three years every morning and I’m tired of the lady that checks you out through the drive-through being disrespectful and rude every single time I order and when she messes up my order and I say something and it’s always my fault and it’s never her fault. I’m done.

For those who order cold drinks at Dunkin, be aware that this location charges $1 extra for requesting "no ice". Fortunately, I realized this before placing my order via the app while in the drive-thru, so I changed it to "less ice" instead, and of course...they STILL gave me too much ice (can't post a pic for some reason). I haven't noticed this $1-no-ice-upcharge at other Dunkin locations (yet) but if l do, I'm uninstalling the app. It’s just another way to shrink portions and raise prices on customers!

Love going through their drive thru. They're always fast and friendly. The line seems like it is long on the drive thru sometimes but goes really fast. They always remember my nickname so they already know what me and the dog are coming for.
Vegetarian options: There are quite a few as the owner and a lot of his employees do not eat meat themselves
Parking: Very large parking lot that there is enough for the large church there on Sunday, bowlerama and Dunkin donuts.
Wheelchair accessibility: I just know that their is a small ramp going toward the door and several handicap parking spaces.

This is the worst franchise chain. Not just this particular dunkin. I've tried 5 stores in the same geographic area and they are all out of one variety or the other of the refresher. It's sick. It's been happening for months. Had to let the world know. The owners are too comfortable. The workers, service and attention to detail proves it. Where is the nearest Starbucks?
Always great service and fresh doughnuts. It's one of the few Dunkin's I can find my favorite sugar doughnuts at.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I usually get my coffee here in the morning before work/school since it’s local to me but lately they have been having such bad attitudes when ordering. Last week, I ordered 2 coffees with the same amount of sugar and cream..the female employee at the drive thru gave me 2 hot chocolates instead and I told her that the order was incorrect. She then said yelled that if I was going to order something else that I had to have ordered before pulling up to the window. Im guessing she didn’t understand that she was the one who messed up my order. I let it go and recently went again this past Wednesday. I ordered a small iced coffee with a donut and kindly asked her to repeat the order to make sure it was correct. It was incorrect and said a completely different coffee order ? I corrected her and she harshly told me to pull up to the next window and when I pulled up she said “You need to speak louder” and rolled her eyes at me. That was my last time going to that dunkin.
