I try to come to this Dunkin often since its the closest for me. I will be going to other locations after today. The customer service was a 0 in my eyes, after being in customer service my entire career. The man has a rude tone and told me I couldn't wait at the window for my mobile order that was set for drive thru and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes when a car that came behind me ordered and waited at the window for their order which was placed after mine. The food is always cold or burnt and I go for convenience but you lost another customer.

I ordered a strawberry green tea refresher, and the man handed me some milk based drink and says it's better than what I ordered and he isn't remaking it.

I usually come here at times to buy coffee when I was living in Wilmington today while Iām in the area I go there and I Asked for a medium mocha macchiato I added on more stuff and they did ask me a couple times. Do I want an iced? I said, yes, and he said OK a medium iced macchiato and I said mocha iced macchiato medium, and for some reason they gave me this really nasty ass macchiato with no flavor to it. Thereās no mocha at all in it. I was just trusting it I know mocha is brown and it was white and I didnāt even second-guess it. I thought they heard me And it is the most disgusting thing. Itās nothing but unsweetened coffee at the top with ice and oat milk on the bottom.
How did you expect someone to drink this with no flavor after I mentioned it twice to you that I wanted a medium iced mocha macchiato
The sandwich was fine and whatever else I ordered was fine but how do you mess up on something that is six dollars and I canāt even enjoy it and I was already on the bridge going back to Jersey
Call this number the 302-655-3300 and it said my car cannot be completed as dialed
When I get home, Iām gonna add some sugar to it, but I want my six dollars back or whenever I go there again I want a free coffee because this is very disturbing and disgusting

4th time theyāve provided wrong items in my order . Their staff and manager are rude, and they always talk behind your back in their native language when you ask them to fix it. Go to this Dunkin at your own risk.

I have went here for the last three years every morning and Iām tired of the lady that checks you out through the drive-through being disrespectful and rude every single time I order and when she messes up my order and I say something and itās always my fault and itās never her fault. Iām done.

For those who order cold drinks at Dunkin, be aware that this location charges $1 extra for requesting "no ice". Fortunately, I realized this before placing my order via the app while in the drive-thru, so I changed it to "less ice" instead, and of course...they STILL gave me too much ice (can't post a pic for some reason). I haven't noticed this $1-no-ice-upcharge at other Dunkin locations (yet) but if l do, I'm uninstalling the app. Itās just another way to shrink portions and raise prices on customers!

If you want fresh donuts š© and hot coffee, this is the place to go. They are hard-working, kind individuals who actually remember your order by memory, even if you don't visit often. This Dunkin is better than most within a 20-mile radius.
