Asked for a sweet cold foam cold brew on ice with cream and sugar... Lady said people don't know how to order. I said it's on your menu if you don't have a cold brew no big deal. Ordered a small they gave me a small iced coffee with cream.on top and a Boston cream donut... order was over 7 dollars? When it should have been under 5.

This was the nicest Dunkin' I've ever been to. The customer service was very friendly and the drive-thru moved pretty fast but my order was correct and honestly, the food and tea were really good. Again, I've never had customer service so friendly and helpful in my ordering process. The lobby is currently closed so it's only drive-thru only but it moves pretty fast.

let me tell yall, i was on my way to work and realized i forgot my face mask, this was at 5am so hardly anything was open & i drove too far to be able to turn around, and the drive thru employee brought me one and was so nice about it. i hope she has the best day ever. they always make my lattes perfectly & are fast with mobile orders. if you’re on here writing a bad review over one mistake you need to grow up‼️
