Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable! I witnessed the older Indian man in the kitchen at this location go into the restroom wearing his food prep gloves, clean the toilet with them, and then walk straight back out to the kitchen and start cooking my eggs cheese croissant with the same dirty gloves on—no glove change, no hand wash, nothing! I was horrified and immediately canceled my order. This is a serious health violation and complete disregard for basic hygiene and customer safety. If that’s what happens in front of customers, I can’t imagine what goes on behind closed doors. I will never return here, and I strongly warn others to stay away.

Worst location ever!!! Last week I ordered the $6 meal deal and asked for the brown sugar espresso upgrade and they always did it of course charging full price for the coffee upgrade but today I went and the guy stated that he cannot sell me the espresso with that meal. He just didn’t want to! But it’s ok I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on!

worst DD in the area. Orders are ALWAYS wrong. Just today (order #1243) i ordered Large cofe, cream only, and got cofe with few drops of cream. Staff should get proper training.

I went in on my 30 minutes lunch break & asked for a large iced macchiato with an extra espresso & food. 90% of the time when I go to most Dunkins I have issues so I sat there & counted how many espressos he brewed. He brewed 3. I tasted my coffee. It tasted like caramel & milk with a splash of espresso. When I told the associate I wanted an extra espresso he tries to charge me for it... I explained to him that I previously worked at Dunkin & know by the taste & my 100% working ears that he brewed me 2 less espressos. I pay 9 dollars. I want my money's worth. He then proceeded to argue me until he finally jumst poured it in my cup. Stop having the employees jip the customer because the owner wants to save money... A large espresso depending on the machine brewed 2 small espressos. X 2. Because it's a macchiato & I paid for an extra 1 so that's 3 large or if they want to be cheap.. 2 large & a small. The employee brewed me 3 & faught me about brewing me another small... I spent 15 dollars & didn't even get my money's worth...

The only good thing I can say is the store was clean. I got a toasted everything bagel, toasted plain bagel, both with cream cheese, coffee coolatta, and a frozen vanilla Chai. The bagels were not toasted just warmed and were stale. The cream cheese was just thrown in the middle. The coolatta were horrible. Asked for extra vanilla that was not provided and was bland. The coffee coolatta was over on the syrup and was horrible. 15 dollars and the entire order was thrown in the trash. I knew I should have just gone to Wawa their vanilla chai is always on point! I just really wanted that bagel and it was HORRIBLE!
