Been twice at 4:30 PM… NO LINE, NO CARS ahead of me and waited for 10 minutes only for some to say “be with you in a moment”.. umm for what? NO ONE IS IN LINE?! I gave it 2 tries, won’t do it again. Hard to find people that wanna do their job I guess?
The employees only have the drive thru orders to concentrate on. It works well thus far!
