Went to get an iced coffee and some munchkins. The coffee was not to my liking, so I decided to change to something else .The lady actually put the new coffee on top of the old coffee and gave it to me like she made a fresh cup. I asked her why she would do that, and it was disgusting she tried and lie but forgot the first order was on the side of the cup . (Derp) money back, and I will never return because they have a disgusting person working there .

Went to go comment “theres literally always something” and realized I’m clearly not the only one. To charge almost $3 for a hot coffee and continuously mess up the order every time has been super frustrating. Bagels “toasted” are burnt. You ask for salt and pepper and this is the only dunkin that has ever told me they don’t carry it.
Never have any issues when it’s the younger employees filling the order. The woman manning the orders (assuming the manager) is older and is consistently making the errors, never smiles, super unpleasant. But I can handle a little unpleasantness if it means my coffee is done right! There was one time where I was borderline yelled at and given an attitude for not correcting her in the drive thru lane for getting my order wrong lol. And its not like theres a walk in option for this location.
Sad since this is the only location on my way, otherwise wouldn’t have come back here. But they’ve rightfully earned their 1 star this time.

Coffee is stale and it taste horrible! I’ve tried to give this DD a try 3 times and it sucks .. The franchise should aware of how horribly they make coffee .. YUCK 🤢 MY TASTE BUDS ARE RUINED FOR THE DAY
This has to be the least consistent Dunking ever. I've stopped now 4 times and you can't make a coffee the same way if your jobs depended on it. Very Sad but expected ..do better it's not that hard.

disgusting. roaches and rats covered the floor. i swear i saw a server spit into my iced mocha with whipped cream and extra extra ice. disgusted, dissatisfied, honestly threw up in my mouth. Do not recommend.

Minding Mine
This morning I ordered a drink, hash browns and a breakfast wrap with turkey sausage and no cheese. The drink was fine, however, the hash browns were barely warm and were mushy and all stuck together and were stick to the paper pouch they were served in. I purposely requested NO CHEESE due to an allergy. They put cheese on it, and pork sausage vs. the turkey I ordered. So I'm without the hasbrowns and the breakfast wrap. Thank you for taking my money just so I can throw your food away because I couldn't eat it.

Don't you just hate it when you're in a hurry and the person in the drive-through ahead of you takes 10 minutes! Then you're rushing, get on the road, open your sandwich, and it's got meat on it when you don't eat meat! UGH! I was so mad, so now I'm at work hangry!
