This is a diamond in the rough. Finally found a great pizza in Delaware. Perfect crust, homemade sauce , good pepperoni. Have to go looking for the shop but once you find it you’ll be back again

Totally don’t understand all of the high reviews of this place. Someone recommended it so I tried it out. They can’t even make a sandwich correctly. My first order (large Buffalo Chicken cheesesteak with raw onions) had no Buffalo sauce. It was a dry sandwich with only raw onions and cheese. (buffalo sauce is kinda the main ingredient and was missing). It’s been a few weeks since this and I decided to try again. Called in and ordered the sandwich. I even told them they did not put the sauce on the sandwich last time, please make sure it’s on there, also raw onion and American cheese. Well, once again get home and it’s not correct. Buffalo sauce was there but with fried onions and no cheese. That’s it, no more, $35.50 for 2 subs and a fry and they can’t even make it right.

My fiancé said he saw real good reviews about Franks, and since we literally live around the corner from them, we decided to try it. Hands down… the worse pizza I ever had in my fifty seven years of life. No Flavor what so ever, the pizza crust/dough was bland. We threw it in the trash! ? we will never go there again.

Called and placed an order. They not only over charged me but gave me the wrong stuff. So i called in the owner told me he didnt know how to do a refund so he told me he was going to give me a credit towards my next purchase and then went back on his word the next time i went to order! Not to mention food was cold when i received what I DID NOT ORDER! Horrible experience and will NEVER order from this location again and if i were you i wouldnt either!

Found this place last year and I can't believe and sad we didn't find it sooner. Best pizza around for Delaware. Food is always consistent and affordable!!! PS their white pizza is a close contender to jersey pizza. So goooood!
Franks is honestly the best pizza around. I am from Middletown and drive to Bear specifically to get pizza from franks. Their garlic knots are to die for. Whoever Frank is, you’re doing the damn thing!!
