Excellent experience at this IHOP. We were greeted right away with a genuine smile and seated quickly, which set a great tone from the start. The service stayed attentive without hovering, and the food was exactly what we came for—hot, consistent, and filling, the perfect way to start the day. It’s not always easy to find a place that keeps things simple and does it well, but this location delivers. My family will definitely be visiting again soon.

This IHOP needs to just be shut down by corporate some time soon. They don’t follow the same guidelines as other ihops because as they say “they are independently owned” which still shouldn’t matter it doesn’t mean that you can treat customers badly. In my case me and my kids were there before 7pm and waited in the lobby area until 7:30 and then the manager (very unprofessional names Joel) said they close at 8pm so they don’t take tables after 7pm. Google said they close at 10pm and their door says they close at 9pm, but tonight it was the managers own personal decision of when they were closing. The staff here are rude and unprofessional and point blank they just seem like they don’t really want to work for the paycheck they receive. I think corporate should seriously consider shutting this ihop down considering they barely get any business and their own staff scare off any potential customers what is the point in even being open at all really. I’m considering reaching out to other agencies that may be able to help with the false advertisement and disrespectful staff like maybe the department of justice consumer protection agency. But what I won’t do is just let it go, that’s not an option regardless how many hoops I need to jump through to see some consequences handed down to the rude staff, they truly need to be checked.

Very disappointed with my experience at this IHOP location.
I placed an online order at 11:34 AM for a stack of pancakes and a burger meal, with a promised pickup time of 11:50 AM. When I arrived and walked inside, I was told the kitchen had only just received the order and it would take another 8-10 minutes. They suggested I wait in my car.
I returned inside around 12:10 PM, only to be informed that DoorDash had already picked up my food by mistake. The staff said that because it was processed as a third-party online order, they couldn't issue a refund, but they would remake it. They also promised a manager would come out to speak with me and apologize.
A team member named Mrs. T apologized profusely, assured me everything would be properly packed, and said she would hand it directly to me. However, she later informed me that the manager refused to come out.
Overall, a 46-minute delay, a missing order, no managerial accountability, and a very frustrating experience. I hope this location improves its online order handling and communication.

They’re slow and dumb smfh
Worst dining experience I've had. Everyone has a 30 minute wait, even when the place was empty. Excuse was the kitchen is backed up. Meanwhile for door dashers are waiting on food as well. Slow service, slow food, terrible staff. Won't be back.

Sat at the front for 20 + mins nobody acknowledge me so I left. Meanwhile the waiters stared at me but not say anything to me. 2 other customers walked out while waiting.

If you have a family with kids you'll be right at home if you're going for a piece of mind to eat stay where you're at

The food was good, and our server was attentive. My only suggestion is that this location needs makeover. The lighting was dim which made the restaurant look old, and gave slighly run down vibes. It could use a good interior renovation that still honors the nostalgic feel and history of IHOP. Some of the ceiling fixtures looked nostalgic, in a good way.

Very good food
We visited this location this past Friday. Host sat us down at 10:05am. Nobody greeted us or acknowledged us till 10:25. We put our order in and after another couple was sat right behind us. 10:55 we are wondering where our food is at ? The other couples food comes out and at this point it’s 11:05! Let the manager know and instead of fixing it goes back and yells at the kitchen staff. No type of communication. We normally come to this location and put up with the crappy service but this was it for us.
