The food was ok, it's IHOP, but I was served chocolate milk w bad milk & instead of offering me a fresh one w fresh milk I was offered other drinks.

After a nice vacation in Rehoboth Beach we decided to stop at the IHOP on our way to NJ. Everything was great and we especially liked they had special pricing for seniors 55 and older.

The (steak tips) and eggs where burnt 🔥 🥵 I don't believe that they have a Open flame grill back there either they need a new cook!!!!!?

Terrible. Hostess took us to a table it had syrup on the table and booth asked for a different table got one that had no syrup but was still sticky to the touch and had used silverware on the floor. I get cleaning isnt fun but if the owner reads this cleaning is a NECESSITY. I get you dont want to put money back into the restaurant either but for ever booth to be cut up and taped up is deplorable. The service.............. This lady brought out the food. That's it never checked on us never refilled the drink just took the order brought it to the table and brought us a check. Will never eat here again. Worst IHOP I have ever been to ever!

Worst experience at an Ihop, we get sat down and get placed in a corner of the shop where no one can see us. Then 20ish minutes go by and still nothing. I can understand if they’re busy but not being contacted at all is absurd! Would not recommend!

We went for lunch at 11:00 Friday. It was not busy. It took the waitress 20 minutes to come to just get our drink order. 10 minutes later she took our food order. After at 12:00 we asked where our order was. They finally Brought it out. The fries were lukewarm. The fish was hard. The shrimp was ok. I went to use the salt. It was wet & dirty. We had to ask for the receipt. I do not recommend going to the new castle ihop.

No one is there to greet you they will look you straight in the face and ignore you and play their phone

Horrible service. We sat for more than an hour waiting for our server to take our order and when the food finally arrived we had missing multiple stuff and the food was cold. We have never waiting so long to get our order taken or waited so long to get our food served. Horrible service.

We waited at the register for over 10mins while the employees where sitting at a table chilin, This incident happened on 7/29/2025 ar 5pm so who ever your employees who where working that day need to get disciplined because I didnt even know they worked there until my girl said it smh ....that was very unprofessional.....

I literally just left this location and four employees were sitting at the table talking. We stood there for quite some time not realizing that they were the servers. The restaurant was completely empty and now I see why. I called the restaurant as soon as we walked out the door and a woman answered the phone, she told me that there should have been a server out front and I asked her was it one of the employees sitting at the table eating and talking. She placed me on hold and hung up on me. When I attempted to call back she didn't answer. They just watched us stand there and continued their conversation as if we weren't asking where the server was.

This was a horrible time! We spent 99 dollars and they warned us after we ate that a family of 6 is a 18% more added to the bill! It was 72 dollars and it increased to 99 dollars! I ordered a burger they came back and told me there is no burgers! And they said they have no Mayo, Or lettuce! They also had no lids to the on to go boxes and also no straws! It took 1 hour for our food to come out! And they only had 1 server and 1 cook? It was a terrible experience and I would never ever come back!

this IHOP has the worst service ever!
they don't acknowledge you when you enter.. people come in and think they're closed cause no one greets them and no CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VISIBLE.🤨

I rarely leave reviews, but this IHOP visit was really disappointing. The place felt rundown the second we walked in—ripped booth seats, dirty dishes still on tables, and not a single condiment in sight. They didn’t have any of the different syrup options that IHOP is known for, which was a letdown. I also ordered a cold brew with foam, but was told they couldn’t make it because the foam was expired. That’s concerning on its own.
While a few employees were kind and clearly doing their best, others seemed checked out—orders were wrong or incomplete, and there was just a general sense of disorganization. I don’t blame the staff entirely; it’s clear this location is suffering from poor management. Definitely won’t be returning to this location anytime soon.

What has happened to this location??? the food was horrible, even on a slow mid week evening!! I used to like to take my grandson there for pancake and french toast dinner but this last time our pancakes and french toast were undercooked and soggy. I was so disappointed because they used to have some delicious fluffy french toast! Would not recommend this location unless I hear word of mouth of improvement!
