Probably not the cheerful ambience that IHOP usually provides....maybe its because of the steady decline in patronage over the years..the place was deserted.... Apart from that it had the usual good food ...decent service....nothing to complain...except that the place was close to empty in the morning.

Thank you for the nice welcoming service it was lovely to see two hostesses one that speaks English and one the speaks Spanish as I arrived with my mother in law. Also had the nicest waitress with fabulous blue hair and took excellent care serving us !

Service was horrendously slow. 2/3 of the restaurant was empty, but it still took us and other patrons 30 minutes to get seated. Then our server was just as slow. Asking for water took four tries. It took us a really long time to get our full order. We basically gave up on coffee or desert.Kid-friendliness: High chairs and menu items for kids.

Wait staff was not available to greet and seat us. Never did they did they come back to check if we need anything after we received our food. Not even the bill. We found them.

Been here multiple times. Never as bad as this. Place was not very busy, so when we stood there for just over 2 mins for the nonchalant "hostess" came up with worst attitude and frown. I told her to help the man in front of me who was there before me. She told me he had already been helped. He responded, "no I haven't. no one asked me if I was eating in or not. Hostess took him to a seat a slowly walked back to us. Sat us without saying a word. Our waitress "Crystal" was the only one of 9 people I watched on the floor who had some friendliness and tried. The ran out of ham. how? The food runner was rude. Eggs were cold. How? food was subpar at best. Staff was slow and look so miserable. Crystal wasn't perfect but you could tell she was trying. Surrounded by incompetence makes it hard even for a good person.

They stealing money at this place, the manager puts your check in the cloud and then after you pay out at the end of the night they pull in back up to say you owe the next business day! The manager Julie is adding tips to the servers accounts she needs to be fired !

The manager Julie is taking money from people ! She puts your check up in the cloud after the server pays out she pulls it back to say you now owe additional money when that doesn't work She adds to the customers tip amount ! This place don't recommend and they won't fire her because she is the best friend of the president of the company! This is wrong ! They wrongfully took from a lady I know and grew up knowing since I was a child. Be careful coming here

One of my favorite spots to stop in when I visited DE. The staff is friendly and the service fast. The building is aging, but you always know the food service is stable.

I had the 50+ breakfast sampler. It was very good and a very good value. A tip on cold brewed coffee. I was pleased to see it on the menu and so I ordered it. It arrived with cream and sugar in it which I didn't want. When I told the waitress, she insisted that the coffee was so strong that it needed it. She brought it black anyway and it was indeed strong, but drinkable. Somebody needs to explain to the folks in the back that cold brew doesn't need to be stronger than regular coffee.
