Come in here multiple times. Hard to place an order to get rather quickly. So I show up at 11:00 on the dot when they open. Waited 30 minutes for a cheesesteak 7 customers came and went. No apology. This happens more then it should. Last time coming here.

Tried a few times and I think I'm hanging the hat for this place. You know it's bad when the bag is -drenched- in oil/grease for an italian sub lol. My bread was so soggy right out of the bag it was a joke. I didn't even get vinegar on it and for some reason there was a vinegar taste that overwhelmed every other flavor. That, ontop of soggy bread made it a waste.

I got Gi Gi’s Favorite and I can see why it’s her favorite, it’s delicious! The broccoli rabe and roasted peppers complement the perfectly cooked chicken cutlet and I couldn’t be more satisfied

Placed a big order through my work and everything came as ordered, which usually doesn’t happen when placing a larger order. Hands down one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. Added plus, the owner, Mike was a hottie and so friendly.

I am from out of town & absolutely love this place. Very good chicken cheese steaks. Will be back

Really stuck between 3 and 4 stars. I'll go with 3. Here's the deal - it's a great sandwich. Everything across the board is really tasty. The big issue here is the service. Almost every order is a long wait on the phone or at the shop. The credit card machine sometimes doesn't work. Sometimes you get the wrong order. It's good so you want to keep giving them a chance but then you go through the ordering/pickup process and remember why you don't more often. From the time you call until the time the food has been prepared for pickup is at least an hour. The people are friendly but they'd do twice the business if the processes were more efficient.

Stopped in and got a large cheesesteak with mayo and ketchup with a side of fries. It was amazing, the large is the size of my arm, it’s pretty much two cheesesteak from anywhe
re else. We were able to share it. It was amazing. Probably the best cheesesteak I’ve had. It put the original Philly cheesesteak spots to shame. It was so tasty and flavorful. The fries were also good too. The service was top notch and everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The guy who made our cheesesteak went above and beyond, he was awesome.

These are high-quality south Philly style hoagies in Delaware. Definitely can’t be beat. The sandwich shop is a gem and they run this place right they will take care of you.
