I haven’t had KFC in about 10 years. I don’t remember the quality being so bad I won’t be going back for another 10 years Hopefully. The $16 I Spent on a five piece chicken strip box. The chicken strips were dried out like they’ve been sitting there all day almost like jerky. They didn’t put utensils in my bag to eat the mashed potatoes And they didn’t put the barbecue sauce to Eat my dry chicken strips. Also, free refills aren’t allowed I would just go to some other chicken place and save your money. It’s not worth the money. Popeyes is a lot better.

I love this fast food place. The best fried chicken I have ever had. I ordered the 4 piece chicken and didn't order any sides. I ate it all. The lady at the cashier was very friendly.

I went to KFC DuPont hwy Saturday. My food was completely inedible. I left a message because no one answered the phone. I was never contacted by the lazy manager who deleted my message. I went to the KFC DuPont hwy today. I was told that the manager wasn't there but was contacted by phone. I was told they will not make it right because I could have brought it back Saturday. I think they should have called me back and not deleted my message. Ignorant!!

No heat, no pot pies, no green beans all at 5pm! No excuse! Watched a woman with a headset on eating the potato wedges while filling a persons order!! That's absolutely disgusting, unprofessional and uncalled for! Eat on your break! It's absolutely freezing in the lobby. My potatos were cold. Out of white meat. Had to wait over 30 minutes the day before for a 16 piece! Inexcusable!! The ONLY good thing were the women that took my orders!

Horrible horrible horrible experience. I’m from out of town and experienced the worst service through drive through. This place needs to close down for good. I will go above and beyond to reach out to the state regarding this restaurant. The windows are dirty as well. They need to close all off Restuarants. The workers are lazy. That’s why they don’t want to hire anymore humans. Please bring in the robots so we can get rid of the human interaction in the restaurant business.

The employees working here have a master's degree level understanding of marketing. I walked in to get a bucket for my Halloween costume. I told them I wanted to pay for a bucket but no chicken. They handed it to me and said make sure you put the pictures online. They get branding.

So I would stay far away from this place they have very bad customer service they cus you out send you to back of line and when you cancel your order they don't issue refunds. The customer service line they tell you to call gives you the run around for two weeks saying it's been escalated to the higher ups and then close the case with no response or refund
This place is by far the most unprofessional and unemployed store ive ever seen. How can it be there is only like 2-3 employees working and one of them is on the phone talking about her work and the customers. Very unprofessional, not a great look for this store.

Everytime I go there, they don't have enough chicken. The dining area isn't ever open so you have to go through the drivethru. You wait in a long line in the drivethru to find out there's no chicken when you get too the window. I always end up getting nothing!! This had happened at least 3x to me. Absolutely unprofessional!

This KFC I placed my order with closes at 11 pm, I made my order for pick up at 10pm, I get to the restaurant and they said they don't have the order and to cancel it, refuse to make it or look at my app order, tell me to call to get my refund later at night.
