Hadn't been there in a while due to issues in the past. Unfortunately they seem to have gotten worse. I did an order through the app and was told about what time the order would be done. I got there a couple of minutes after the expected time. When I got to the window, they tried to give me someone else's order but then asked me to move forward by the door. After about 5 minutes they came out and told me to park in the handicapped spot. The girl didn't apologize or anything and just said they were waiting on nuggets. Then about 15 minutes later brought the food outand shoved it in my window and didn't say anything and did not apologize for the wait at all. I understand things happen, however when you show no apologetic nature at all and aren't very polite about it, then that compounds the problem. Terrible service all around and I guess I'll have to visit other places for chicken, so disappointed.

I was there on 5/17/25. Employees went above and beyond. Extremely friendly and kind. They went out of their way to make us welcomed as soon as you come in. Service with a smile. They were so nice that I didn't want to leave. The food was so good. I will be coming back time n time again!! Thank you KFC for totally restoring my faith in people and the business it's self.

KFC's willingness to make adjustments with its menu seems to be making a difference. The chicken is tasty as well as moist. The servers are friendly and accommodating.

I didn’t like the food and the potatoes are old, the chicken was old and they don’t give sauces or napkins, the workers didn’t tend well

They do not know how to do math my order was 16.74 and he said 26.89 I ordered 6 chicken littles and they are 2.79 a piece 2.79 x 6 = 16.74 not 26.89 and i got plain with only pickles and they put mayonnaise on it. 1 out of 10😡

Long wait times, severely understaffed, and the staff have attitudes/poor customer service. Placed a mobile order and arrived over 30 minutes later only to be told that the order wasn’t ready yet and asked to come inside. When I went inside I was told that the item I ordered (mikes hot honey) hadn’t been at the location in 2 months and that they hadn’t even started my order yet. Ridiculous and won’t be coming back

Lack of training may be an issue at this location as multiple times I've been redirected to a parking space to wait for an online order for so long that I thought I was forgotten about. I tolerated this but the final straw was an extremely rude interaction with someone who claimed to be the store manager. She spoke over me and was so unprofessional I called Corporate.

KFC Food is always good everywhere you go.

However, I ordered and paid for 7 items but only received 5 of the items and I waited over 30 minutes with everyone else in the waiting area,

Not every location has good staff or management. This location needs a corporate visit with personnel empowered to replace management at the franchise level.
