Slow in and not great service at all going to to Popeyes

You would think after years of operating, they would have learned how to provide consistent quality customer service. Drive-thru cashier and server Kea, is one of the worse one working at this New Castle, DE store. She has no real customer training, don't know how to speak to customer properly and take a very long time to put a simple order together.

Pepsi tastes like pinesol & a lot of syrup. No never drank the cleaner. I don't advise it.
No fries
Chicken nuggets that came with a meal was a chicken tender cut up. Then told it was the nuggets stuck together and they cut it. My own children know better. The lady was helpful but just say they didn't have nuggets or would take too long to make more.
No sauces were given as requested with the meals.
We got our food fast though.

Stood in line for 15 mins waiting for some sort of acknowledgement that they even saw me. I tried getting someone's attention and was ignored. This is absolutely ridiculous service. HIRE PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK!!!

I went specifically to try the fried pickles and they were horrible. They were so small in size that I asked if I was supposed to get more. Also, they were extremely salty! They were so salty that I had to throw the rest of them away, because I did not feel comfortable eating anything that salty. The location definitely needs an upgrade. Needless to say, I will not be going back to that location.

Just now went to drive thru and asked for 6 original wings. The rude person employee just cuts me off with and says NO. I said excuse me and she says no ma'am I dont have wings right now. So 2 strikes because its 4pm how do you run out of wings and who are you talking to??? Never going back here

7-15-2025 2:15 pm I placed my order from the drive thru the order taker was so rude mean and nasty. I asked her why was she so mean and nasty. Her reply was , she wasn’t she was over worked and underpaid. I’m usually understanding but she was mean she should be fired ‼️

This place sucks, I came a few weeks ago n no one was inside not one worker, they were all in the back smoking weed, I came again n it was like they were having a party inside n again no one was around to take my order the food is old n dry do not waste ur time here

First time I have ever been to a KFC that doesn’t offer refills on soda. Place was filthy and no AC.
Staff was rude and lazy.

Before I mention anything else I want to commend the server working the lunch shift today. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and it wasn’t working and I saw that there were a few cars backed up waiting for their food, I assumed this wasn’t going to be a pleasurable visit. I watched through the window as the server was feverishly packing orders and when she came to the window to take my order I could tell she was not having the best of days. I honestly think she was the only one working! I was pleased that when I made one funny compassionate comment she got a big smile and we both even laughed a little. Because of her, my expectation of a bad experience disappeared and it became a very pleasant one!
I stop at this location once in awhile and have watched it go from one of the better KFC’s to one of the worst. Maybe they should let the server I had today run the place, she had things moving good even with all the obstacles she was dealing with.

Worst experience I've ever had at any fast food. All the staff stood there behind the counter, ignoring the customers, and when we were finally waiting on, the staff was rude and even walked away while in case ordering. Never coming back. How is this place in business?

5/25/25 and I’m still siting here in a handicap spot that I was told to sit at to wait for my food. I went through the drive through and the speaker box is broken for one, no problem, she says we can order at the window cool. I get to the window and it takes her 5 minutes to come take my order. (They’re not busy inside, just not paying attention it seems like) I order and I’m given drinks and told to go sit in the handicap spot to wait. It’s been 15 minutes, at this point they need to close down the drive through. Me sitting here defeats the purpose of this being “fast food” I should not be sitting here waiting like I’m at sonic. I will not be returning to this location.
