I was there on 5/17/25. Employees went above and beyond. Extremely friendly and kind. They went out of their way to make us welcomed as soon as you come in. Service with a smile. They were so nice that I didn't want to leave. The food was so good. I will be coming back time n time again!! Thank you KFC for totally restoring my faith in people and the business it's self.

KFC Food is always good everywhere you go.

However, I ordered and paid for 7 items but only received 5 of the items and I waited over 30 minutes with everyone else in the waiting area,

Not every location has good staff or management. This location needs a corporate visit with personnel empowered to replace management at the franchise level.

I haven’t been to this KFC since the beginning of the year. Service was so bad people have attitudes and I’m always waiting 10 minutes or more in food and the food never taste the same. So I decided to give it another chance Sunday night and my experience was a lot better than it was in the beginning of the year. It was clean smiles on everybody faces and I was in and out.
