Before I mention anything else I want to commend the server working the lunch shift today. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and it wasn’t working and I saw that there were a few cars backed up waiting for their food, I assumed this wasn’t going to be a pleasurable visit. I watched through the window as the server was feverishly packing orders and when she came to the window to take my order I could tell she was not having the best of days. I was there on 5/17/25. Employees went above and beyond. Extremely friendly and kind. They went out of their way to make us welcomed as soon as you come in. Service with a smile. They were so nice that I didn't want to leave. The food was so good. I will be coming back time n time again!! Thank you KFC for totally restoring my faith in people and the business it's self.

KFC Food is always good everywhere you go.

However, I ordered and paid for 7 items but only received 5 of the items and I waited over 30 minutes with everyone else in the waiting area,

Not every location has good staff or management. This location needs a corporate visit with personnel empowered to replace management at the franchise level.
