I have been coming to this location for 3 years. Love the fresh hot doughnuts coming off the line. Normally good attitudes but it is changing. Approx 4 months ago the employees were replaced with workers that were more concerned on their social interactions and fist bumps than filling my order. The store has definately gone down hill fast. only one door is available to access the order area and the rest is blocked off with large racks to block the general public access. If you wish to use the restrooms you must go outside and walk around the building to the other unobstructed door. The quality of workers has certainly degraded. We have stopped going to this facility. The workers act as though they are doing you a favor to take your order. Is this DEI at it's best?

My husband and I drove 23 miles from our home to purchase his favorite donuts. During open business hours (Tuesday at 3:00 pm), There was a sign on the door stating drive thur, mobile or online orders. We drove up to the drive thur window and waited for about 10 minutes, with workers inside making donuts, no one came to the window to take our order or give any further directions. Nevertheless, we left with no donuts. Not Cool.

I hadn't been to a Krispy Kreme in a while, so I was excited. I ordered 6 glazed and it came up to over 11 dollars. I asked the cashier how much was a dozen? She said 15. Please make it make since. The cashier was not helpful or friendly. That's my last time going there.

No ice for the ice coffee. Then order coffee for them not to think they had Carmel. 13 min at drive through window to get our 3 donuts and 2 cups of coffee
No Ghostbusters specialty box, no pumpkin coffee, no pumpkin spice latte, no pumpkin cake donut, The 1st thing you see going inside is them making millions of glazed donuts ( yet you never get a warm fresh dozen) but they can never make the seasonal donuts. They never have any seasonal drinks or donuts. They also had a cart full of chocolate sprinkles donuts with nothing covering them! You can tell the owner can care less since so many bad reviews yet they don't improve...
