Will was so great to us we were visiting from Massachusetts and we don’t have any locations near us he let us all pick a hot donut we took a dozen home with us! Very friendly and helpful! Thank you again Will!

Young lady explained the doughnuts are not hot but when I go through drive through glazed doughnuts are normally hot. Young lady at the register chose to not pick hot glazed doughnuts so I left. Hopefully they can work on giving hot doughnuts like the signs say in the store. Deceitful and it is giving false advertisement.

Overpriced. Donut tasted like a Crayola crayon. Coffee I asked for was a caramel iced coffee that was supposed to be $3. Girl rang up a $5 iced latte. No wonder you are closing locations.

Came to Krispy Kreme in New Castle, De today. Told the employee that I needed 2 plain donuts without glaze for my husband. He said they were making donuts for other stores today and the ones in the back are not for sale. I asked for an exception because my husband is diabetic and can't have the glaze, he said "those are not for sale, if you want a plain donut go to Dunkin Donuts"
