Lestardo's Crab House

Lestardo's has the best blue crab in Delaware. The staff are also some of the most incredibly kind and attentive folks in the state. The ambiance is also wonderful. A true must-visit for any seafood fan.

I liked it here, the bathroom is weird, which is the only complaint but it was clean so it's fine. I started out with the crab pretzel, it was warm and gooey... the crab cake was one with filler, so not like a Maryland crab cake... but it was fine, my wings were delicious! The crab bisque was delicious, and I wish I ordered a bigger size. The shrimp were good and the crab legs were smothered in a sauce that was good as well. I didn't get the regular crab legs, so it was different but all in all, enjoyable. The crab dip and chips were good as well. The DRINKS we delicious and i would come here just for them lol.

I love Lestrados… this is my Go-To place when I want crabs 🦀!! The service is great and the staff is Awesome! I have sent so many family and friends here to enjoy the crabs and food… Everyone was happy with their food and the atmosphere… I’m excited every time I visit…I recommend the sautéed blue crabs (Garlic/ Garlic Cajun), wings, fries, crab soup, shrimp platter, coleslaw, nachos, varies dips….etc! The entire menu is a winner!😋

This restaurant is like visiting a movie set. In an age of fussy, alick and uptight experiences this is the complete opposite that doesn’t pander and doesn’t apologize for being real or rough around the edges. The food is down home delicious and the laid-back vibe is exactly what the world needs more of. The owner is an absolute rock star and is like a friend you haven’t met yet. Love this place and can’t wait to return. Must have is the crab bisque.

First time ever eating here. Loud, very loud. Crab cakes tasted like they were frozen Mrs Paul's. Crab Pretzel was rock hard.Waited just about hour and a half for food to be brought out. Short of ordering steamed crabs nothing was lump crab meat. Will not return.

I haven’t been to this restaurant in a very long time. Then it was delicious. I say that the lobster bisque soup was really good, got the buffalo crab dip did not taste like buffalo hot was a little disappointed. I had got seafood boil also and it was horrible. Which was 38.99 Wasn’t worth it. Woke up in the middle of the night. It was horrible. Stomach hurting this whole morning! I won’t suggest the crab Boil because it was a very Oily snow crabs were dry and mushy overcooked shrimp as well. Couldn’t take the shell off the shrimp. Muscles were chewy. I ordered seafood boil with Cajun and garlic not for a second It was spicy. came out extremely hot that I burned my tongue. Took over 20 minutes for the food to get to the table.Gotta do better!

This place is a joke. Call to place order when they just open and lady said I only can place an order for small cras only because they are an eat in diner. But clear the sign says sine in or take out. She told me only way I can get a good size crab that I had to eat in a glumie dine in diner👎🏼. But I bet that they service certain people good size for take out. I’ll be sending the L&I and department of food service to check out this spot.

This place is a joke never there and when I got there early to place order after waiting til they open, Lady was rude and said that I can only place a order for super small crabs for take out and I had to diner in in a glumy dark dirty diner

First time here. Food was fabulous!! Crabs did not disappoint. Service was great! Definitely coming back. Crabs were a great price compared to alot of other places. Had Crabs sautéed and cleaned for an additional charge but you can also have them steamed. Dining Room is small so you may have to wait for a table. If you are having Crabs, which most people do, plan to be here for about 2 hours. When the dining room is full, it can get a little loud, but it is very laid back. A fun, friendly place to enjoy some great food.

Lots of seafood dishes. The crab bisque was out of this world. My husband got the Seafood Boil Bowl, which had crab legs, lobster, oysters, corn on the cob. It was pricey but absolutely worth it. One of the better seafood places I've been to. I would go again.
