While I don't make a scene when I go inside I rarely have a good experience. The drive through crew is always on top of it. They have that food out in record timing every time. They definitely need to be commended for their fast and friendly service.

Best McDonalds breakfast 🥞 I’ve ever had. The cashier was super nice and awesome! Obviously overworked and underpaid but a true hero and champion!!! God bless you bro. The hash brown was crispy and delicious! The burrito smelled so good that Otis was hoping like a bunny 🐰 Eggs are fluffy and the bacon 🥓 was perfect!!! 👌 compliments to the chef 🧑🍳 also they had a trash can for me!!! Out in the yard that close to this section behind the gas station that has a bunch of trash because it’s not owned by McDonalds. I’m not sure if it belongs to the gas station or the city. Something to investigate.

The girl running orders in the front was very incompetent. Tossed my bag on the counter. I had to remind her that she forgot my drinks, then I had to tell her I needed straws, then she forgot the apple juice for the happy meal. I had to wait to ask someone else for ketchup. My sandwich was wrong, asked for a cheeseburger with no meat, just take the meat off, seemed like a big deal for them. Sheesh. Plan rude. If you have issue working with customers then dont work in fast food 😒 will definitely avoid them in the future.

The evening manager is lazy and unfriendly . I asked to change my order to use my points and she told me “it’s too late”. I was at the window and no one was behind me it was not busy. So, I asked for a refund because I did not like her nonchalant Attitude about trying to resolve my issue . She showed no concern and no customer service skills. Clearly she was unhappy. I will not be visiting this location again. I strive on good service and where my money matters.

Is such an offbeat experience I have at this location. I will start with the one con I have here. The lock their doors to pedestrians and take out customers on foot at 8pm sharp. I get off work at 7 and take the bus home. Sometimes I dont get back by 8, and it's the only fast food within walking distance. I understand, because of the area, you need to keep safety a priority. But 8 o clock? Come on. 9pm is more reasonable. Now, on to the pros (surprisingly, there are many): First off, it's clean and has that classic McDonald's smell. The food has always been prepared hot and fresh. The one small special request I have is fulfilled without problems. Usually I have to specially request a side of breakfast sauce with my sandwich order in the morning. Any other McDonald's I've been to I've had to request each time. Sometimes they charge me for it, sometimes they don't. As a frequent flier here, it seems they have only charged me one time. And after requesting it once (or maybe twice) with the same employee on separate visits, the manager with the braids gave it to me without me having to request it, I suppose she remembered me, and I had only ordered with her once before. Such a small thing like that made my morning.

First off I had to get a lyft there that because they was closed okay cool , but let's talk about the service I received from the gay spanish guy that's works at night I specifically told him what I didn't want on my double cheese sandwich just for it it to be a sloppy with everything I said I didn't want on it , mc chicken sandwich sloppy with extra mayonnaise but I never asked for all that mayonnaise smh I get home and calls up there he acts like he couldn't hear me and just hangs up and doesn't answer anymore calls after answering the first 1 smh not to mention my meal cost me 16 dollars ...I will be calling in the morning too
