The food was great but it took 15-20 mins before someone came to the register to take my money. The employees seemed to be more worried about the drive thru and could care less about the dinning room. That being said this was this one visit,usually the service here is awesome.

At 1 point (before December) I used to pick-up delivery with ease and 0 delays! Amid December and on I noticed a severe change in customer service for the worst! Staff became bias and began randomized discrimination towards "certain" people. It still continues until this day. Almost like they hate my presence. The McDonald's in New Castle County/Newark. And most likely surrounding areas. There was a drastic change in staff I noticed as a delivery driver. Not for the better

This location used to have a fast drive-thru but now you'll spend several minutes not moving at all. The dual drive-thru works better with faster service but the slow service here almost causes accidents when the lanes merge. I still like the other one on 13 better. This one has gotten a little better after the pandemic. Probably because the prices are so high and unaffordable that less people are in the drive-thru

I understand speed of service but damn. I don't think there ever been a time that I was able to get more than my drinks at the window.

Had a great time with the grandkids. After ordering, the kids ran straight to the playroom and someone brought our food to us. Everything was clean and bright. The kids loved their happy meals. You can't beat a classic!Kid-friendliness: The playroom was great, they had a family bathroom. They brought our food to us so the kids did not have to wait to play.
