Cozy little Restaurant/ Cafe on New Castle main Street. Good food. Right portions. Done well. Has a bar too if venturing for a night out. No supersizing here. Potatoes were awesome. Menu is short , makes decisioning faster. Lost one star for kids drink options and prices.

What a gem! Whether you live here or come for a visit, New Castle is made that much more of a “must visit” destination thanks to Cafe New Castle. Wonderful atmosphere, awesome staff and a menu that keeps you coming back again and again. Can you tell that we love it?
Quaint little restaurant and cafe with a full bar and a dog friendly patio. Wonderful friendly staff and a brilliant happy hour. Food has always been exceptional while I've dined there. Definitely a place worth visiting!

Ordered a pick up order, one was wrong and the other wasn’t that good. I order. Chocolate chip waffles and the one waffle that comes in the box was not chocolate chip with no powdered sugar and was rather cold. The omelette was supposed to be their signature. It was okay at best. The only reason I gave two stars is because their customer service was really nice

I am not one to write a review about a restaurant Everytime I visit one . After finishing our meal at the cafe this past weekend my husband and I left so irritated we almost demanded the owners contact information and compensation for our experience there. Jazmine was our waitress . She forgot that we were there after receiving our drink order and clearly stating she was taking care of us . It had been close to 15 minutes after receiving drinks when she took our food order. The food order came out wrong. We let her know . She offered to fix it but forgot. We were sitting there for a long time waiting for her to do so but eventually gave up . The waitress with the long blonde hair was very sweet and my husband and I only had coffee refills thanks to her . Jazmine forgot to fix our order , did not ask us if we wanted a second round of drinks from the bar , did not offer us Togo boxes for our wrong order, did not offer desert and then gave us our check as if nothing went wrong . Again the waitress with the long blonde hair noticed we could use Togo boxes and offered but at that point we wanted to leave . The service was terrible. We WILL NOT return . It appeared that customers jazmine was waiting on were also having frustrations with her service. If I were a manager or owner I would consider firing her after reading this review .
