I love New York Fried Chicken. The quality of food is excellent and you really get your money’s worth. I get a #6 and always leave full! The Gyros are also terrific with white sauce. Come visit the friendly staff from 10am-11pm. Omar is so friendly and helpful :)

I was regular here but after the last few experiences coming in I am writing this review to say I am throughly pissed with the inedible old chicken they sold me AGAIN. Usually I have a positive interaction with the owner but when I come off work and have my wife call ahead about an hour in advance so I come pick up chicken that's fresh and they give me OLD chicken it's a problem. I spend my hard earned dollars to feed my family when I come home from work and the owners son boxes up the chicken so that I don't see it and lies and tells me he just finished the chicken it makes me very upset. I can no longer trust this business. There are other chicken places in the area and I suggest anyone else should not spend thier money here unless you want to be given stale old chicken that could be used to feed animals.

Staff is friendly. I ordered flounder and it was cooked while I waited. He threw in a Wing too because I originally wanted chicken but changed my mind. It was a very tasty and fried well, and not too salty.

Look at this beauty! You couldn’t find this anywhere else but at that store!!! I was really hungry n’ stopped by to get something to eat n’ said let’s try something different, they suggested me to try the grilled chicken.. I was hesitated as I had a bad experience previously, but they were certain about how I would change my mind! when I opened the container n’ saw n’ smelled it, I realized that it was the perfect suggestion! portion wise it is good enough for two people, the tase was amazing n’ beyond!!! Even the look as you see in the photo, it was like a painting of a beautiful colorful scene! The only thing is that you need to wait for it about 10 minutes to be cooked coz it is charcoal grilled. Thank you NY Fried Chicken for giving me the opportunity to try another spectacular new item of your menu!!!

The food was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Their sides are just as amazing as the main dishes — the collard greens are seasoned to perfection, and the seafood salad is fresh and delicious. I also tried the chicken shish kebab, and it was incredibly tasty — tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Everything was worth every penny, and I can’t wait to go back. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves good home-style cooking with great sides!

Went here based on many positive reviews and was quite disappointed. Ordered a chicken combo, and while the fried chicken was decent enough, it wasn’t any more special than your run of the mill fast food. The mac and cheese was watery and the biscuit seemed to be a desiccated dinner roll.
