I wish I would've read the reviews BEFORE placing an order with this non-customer service business. I ordered March 2nd, Monica replied to my noting that my order would be delivered March 30th. Luckily I went through PayPal, filed a claim, I received the order 4/14, and the products were thawed. I updated my claim and was able to receive a refund. DO NOT ORDER from this business! Reply: I emailed several times, to receive a status and received one reply that the order would be shipped March 30th. UPS received the package 4/11 and I received it 4/14.

Warning Scam Alert: they'll take your money and never deliver. I was very patient for 2+ months, never heard from them again! All their contact modes are completely and totally ignored. I didn't mind the wait but I do mind being ignored and scammed. They should be referred to law enforcement!

Please don't waste your energy or your money. I made a purchase on 4/1/21; never heard from them again. All my fb messages, telephone calls, emails are IGNORED! They said it takes 10-12 business days for your order to go out. I have been waiting more than a month! I have left messages to cancel my order as I am tired of waiting for my pasteles! I will NEVER, EVER do business with this company again! I should've learned my lesson when they were on Etsy and they did the same thing; take forever to send out their merchandise.

Payment cleared the bank on March 2nd 2021II received a confirmation of the order on March 2 2021I placed another order about 3 weeks before Xmas and received it late Jan or early FebI understood the timing on that for all the reasons they listed when order placed but those excuses no longer apply.

I placed an order on December 14, 2020 as a Christmas present for my Father living very far away from his family in Puerto Rico and was so excited for him to get a little taste of home after a very difficult year. Monica, if that's her real name, immediately took my money and never fulfilled the order, after hundreds of texts, emails, and phone calls I'm in contact with the police and the BBB. What kind of sick people take your money and don't provide the product OR refund your money?? Be warned, they are scammers and will steal your money.

I placed an order on November 16 for pasteles and a few other items. I received my pasteles in time for the holidays for which I’m very grateful. They were delicious. However the rest of my items still have yet to be delivered. And I have been trying for three weeks to get an update from the owner of the business. The only reason this business is getting two stars is because the pasteles were very tasty.However, the customer service and communication is something to be desired. I support small businesses, as I am a small business owner myself. However, this is not the way one should conduct business or treat a customer. I will be contacting PayPal to get them to pursue a refund.
