Jacky and the team here at New Castle Panda Express are awesome. Jacky was the person who helped me and was extremely helpful. She not only got me the items I was looking for but also made a great suggestion for dessert so I purchased it. It was great!!! She also made sure she made all the suggestions for my food and experience and really took her time to make me feel as if I was not being rushed.After getting my food (to-go) I planned to leave but once I got in the car I realized I had some extra time so I sat outside of the store to eat. During this time, it looks like the employees were preparing for close in the evening. The cleaned every part of the restaurant up and down! Spotless. Great effort. I will return!

There were quite a few customers outside knocking on the windows and door for the 8 employees inside to unlock the door today 2/23/24. They did not unlock the door. We couldnt believe it. This is the worse Panda around. Always some shady stuff going on. Won't be back to this one.

Why are we getting upcharged , when the plate is 2 main and a side . I get double orange and rice everytime and they always give me 10 times the amount of rice rather than chicken .

When I got here at 6 PM the door was locked with a sign saying drive thru only.

Horrible experienced. I ordered two entrees and one side. The mushroom chicken and honey chicken. The tall skinny guy only gave me the mushroom and no chicken at all and 4 pieces of honey chicken. I will never recommend this place. It was a waste of money. Their staffs are rude and clueless.
